14 reviewsStayed here for 2 nights, then back for another night. There was a mix up when we checked in about our rooms but it was sorted. The staff are all really friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and we had a nice balcony. The breakfast was quite good. And they provide a free laundry service which was brilliant. It is a little far from the centre of the city, however the metro is near by and they loaned us a smart card to use it. We occasionally got a cab and it was well priced. The outside of the hotel is a little off putting but don't let that worry you, once inside everything is very good. There is a rooftop terrace and they will bring drinks up to you there if you want. The wifi worked well. Although there is no elevators so if you're not mobile get a group floor room Although no elevators seems to be a thing in Georgian Hotels.
