This is a relatively new hotel. The owner is German and is said to spend several months each year at the hotel. The old mill building has been extensively restored and remodeled. The basement, which is a restaurant, resembles a beer keller. Upstairs there are two floors of rooms. The furniture is functional, my bed was comfortable, and the bathroom worked. The evening meal in the restaurant was solid Georgian food. However, the breakfast buffet left much to be desired. The hotel has a pleasant view to the south. Overall, a pleasant surprise.
