I spent 3 nights with my family. The place located on Chavchavali street. It may seem old  but I found the neighborhood, nice . There are too many stairs in the entrance that actually makes it difficult for my parents . but the room and service is good. 
Almost near main street (Rustaveli).
20 min walk to freedom square, makes it a good spot. There are many shops in the street, where you can find wine and beer.
The guy, Misha, is helping through everything here. Good advisor. Good friend. Handy man. 



Friendly and comfortable place

It is situated in a very central area, I can not complain about the location, It is very good but be ready for an uphill hike. The place is not a hotel, I must say, its an apartment. A smell of smoke comes inside the room from smokers on the 2nd floor. We stayed on the 3rd floor, in the family room. The comfort rooms are disgusting! But the beds are comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, very nice people. You can call them anytime.  There is no lift. The spiral stairs to the 3rd floor is very steep. But Misha will help you with the luggage. The lady who prepares the breakfast is very helpful as well. They did our bagful of laundry for only 10 lari. Overall stay is ok, I can not really compalin bec tgeir rate is affordable.
