Fabrika is an ex-factory turned into a hip hostel/hotel in Tblisi. They've done a great job and got every detail right. The rooms have high ceilings and big windows. I had a double room with private bathroom which was very comfortable. You can choose a room overlooking the lively courtyard or the street. The courtyard is huge loads of food and booze options. One of the most enjoyable hotels I've ever stayed at.
