I do not recommend! Despite the fact that the manager is a very friendly woman, she rendered us a service at our request and cooked khinkali twice, the hotel is not very comfortable. My friend and I gathered in Georgia for the new year, arrived very late on December 31, were on the road for 2 days. First, the navigator could not find the address, they dialed and lost twice, I had to spend money on a call to the hotel, the girl who spoke in broken English did not could write my phone number to call me back ... never called back. it was raining heavily, we had to stop a couple passing on the street, ask them to call the hotel. the girl explained how to get to the hotel already in Georgian. the difficulties have just begun. we were very tired and tried to explain in Russian and English that we booked a room, after which we were quickly registered and taken to a room where it was very cold, despite my email with a request to warm the room for our arrival, this was not done. Also, the girl could not adjust the warm air, but it was good that there were heaters. After the long road, I wanted to take a shower, which we could not do again because the water flowed cold, despite the fact that we left the tap for 30 minutes ... we went to bed disappointed . In the morning I went to the girl asking for help with the water. She answered me that yesterday there was warm water and she was taking a shower, and then she didn’t know what happened, she said that she was new. we went to have breakfast, returned, and in 2-3 rooms we turned on the water so that it leaked, finally the water got warm and we were able to take a shower. a warning!! when we looked at this hotel on the website for the price we were satisfied, and it was written that only one room remained, but when we arrived at the hotel we didn’t believe our eyes we were alone in the entire hotel !!! the hotel is located in the building of the medical institution, on the 6th floor, it is very difficult to find any signs except for the sign on this building.
the room has a bed and a sofa, a wardrobe, a table and an armchair. the toilet and the shower water goes to the floor, which is not very convenient because everything becomes wet because there is no curtain, the shelf in the bathroom is not even so it keeps all my creams falling all the time. we were given a very old plastic little teapot in which we boiled water, it was not very convenient. We did not take breakfasts because firstly it was not clear what they were offering us and it cost 10 GEL. for 10 GEL you can buy food at the store and have breakfast together. about parking, parked car where there is a place on the territory of this medical institution. there is no tv, no refrigerator, no microwave in the room ... from my experience as a traveler, this is not comfortable !! the furniture is old, creaky, but thanks bedding was clean. On January 2, the manager came in, she is the mistress, dear woman, and apparently gave the order to clean the room with us. the garbage was thrown out (the bin was full 2 ​​days) the towels never changed, 2 shampoos and 2 pieces of soap were given to us on arrival and that's all !! In the following days, garbage and dirty dishes were cleaned only at our request ... in general, we were very displeased with this hotel, and you ask why we did not move to another, but because our time was limited and we wanted to use it efficiently. Do not search for a hotel. Therefore, it is better to take apartments in them there will be a kitchen, a stove and so on ... how many times we thought about it but you always want to save time on preparing breakfast ... and again you made a mistake.
