I'm just evaluating the restaurant that wasn't good here. I expect the staff in particular during the Covid-19 period to stick to the rules regarding nasal mouth protection, especially when the service is cold - which was clear to hear.The nasal mouth protection should then also cover the nose. The food for three people to serve across the table is also not the fine kind. Vegetarian food is really under all the sauce. The vegetables have tasted like an old fridge. The idea of kicking piper from the glass into a tomato sauce and pouring it all over the nuts, you have to come out of it first. The tomato sauce - so gray as it is - has been eaten in a whole lot of ways.

Less than average

The food in the Grauleshof is stable at a high level. The service is friendly and attentive. Especially during the barbecue season, there are many delicious variations. The white wine was a little too warm, the only small lack

Because my rating was deleted after 7 months! because it wasn't for the restaurant: it's for this restaurant and we were there. Poor service, main course was put on the table while we were eating soup, and you can get salad then. The second drink didn't pay the bill until after I went to the counter after the third invitation. The food was good, but it's not that much fun. I don't think TripAdvisor deleted this rating, probably the host can't use any criticism.

Not recommended

A quiet value for money kind of place. If you want to chill or just work in a large airy well lit room at the end of the day, this is the place. The restaurant is more like a home kitchen and the husband wife team of the Graulles do a great job. Nothing is hurried here but everything happens. Also go in for breakfast at 0630 if you want clean tables. That's the only minus I could think, the used plates remain on the other tables, you of course get a clean table. The breakfast is minimalist but wholesome...

It was definitely nothing compared to other restaurants- even close by .
We ordered medium - it was well done , the meat was very thin like a schnitzel 
Nothing else . The sauce tasted like something from the supermarket 
It was absolutely overpriced .
One has not to go there again.

Too loud and the food we had was really just average

We hardly spent any time here as it provided extra rooms for a family get together but with its bar and restaurant with home cooking it would be a great place to stay with a bus into town or walks in the hills behind. We had a large clean room with a balcony, a large bathroom & a huge bed. Hope to stay again as it is so convenient.

Convenient, comfortable & friendly

The restaurant offers very good Swabian cuisine at good prices. We were there for dinner with four people and were served by the boss with kindness and courtesy. The food was always very good and very rich. The facility has been a bit out of date, but looks very neat and clean. We are happy to come back.

Very good restaurant

In the district of Aalen. Good-natured, solid cuisine, classic and Swabian. Nice hostesses, top hotel rooms, the ideal location for hikes on the Swabian Alb (local edge of Aalen).

Today we were in the hostel with the family of All Saints: duck with blue-green and two kinds of buns, onion toast with very good fries (an endangered sport): all good, all abundant and: handmade!!!!
