For us it was already the third stay at the Hotel & Restaurant Krone and we were very satisfied again. Our rooms were nice and clean. In the restaurant we had a table reserved for a family party in the evening. We were expecting a beautifully festive table and we ate greatly! The friendly and very humorous gentleman who was in charge of our table all evening advised us very competently. Most of us had chosen the excellent menu with wine accompanied, but all the other dishes were really very delicious, of good quality and very nicely arranged! It was a successful family party set up by the restaurant's stunning kitchen the Kroneam :-) The breakfast was also provided and an extravaganza was made in our hotel too many times:-) We had enjoyed and enjoyed it all too much, and thank you very much!

I 'd love to do it again.

Today, above all, I appreciate the incredibly great restaurant at the Hotel Krone in Waterless! Beloved school friend Peter, dear family travel and team, a great compliment for your outstanding cuisine with fantastic food, which we traditionally enjoy with the whole family on the second Sunday of Advent every year in a beautiful, Christmas atmosphere. Your varied Sunday buffet is a hit every time! Thank you very much also for allowing me to express a few wishes, and these dishes are actually on the buffet. Also for our Picky Eater High it was an absolute excursion - they were sweeter today! The service was extraordinarily pleasant and always on the go, although the restaurant complex was extra-purple.

The finest food at Hotel Restaurant Krone

We stayed at the hotel for one night on a multi-day bike tour. The reception was very friendly from the head of the house himself. The room was small but clean and modernly furnished. The highlight was the dinner. The service was excellent! Tasty and by the choice of ingredients in the top section. The breakfast as Corona version nevertheless left no wishes open. The breakfast was perfectly cooked. Fine herbs added.

Excellent food, best service in spite of Corona

We were there spontaneously and were very warmly received. Our dog was also there and didn't taste anything, which was great. The breakfast was fresh and rich. The staff was always friendly and the facilities were very clean and stylish.

Spontaneous pot finding

It is a very good hotel at this area if you are passing by the region or if you'd like to stay in a calm and cosy place. I'd recommend the rooms with a balcony (peace and quiet).
Very clean and well maintained rooms/bathrooms. Excellent food and the Restaurant has good decoration.Good wine also !

Beautiful Hotel, Excellent Rooms, Good Food with Hospitality

Lovely countryside. Welcoming hosts. Quaint and quirky hotel (as so many in Germany are), but distingished by the exceptional food in the restaurant.

I have been to Germany around twenty times over as many years but I have never eaten a meal as good as the one I just had. Made all the more enjoyable by the friendly and timely service provided by both of the waitresses. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished but this place is worth visiting for the quality of the food alone.

Business trip in rural Bavaria led to finding hidden gem

The hotel has been selected for a workshop including overnight stays... the hotel is very nicely furnished... here the old combines with the modern... the rooms were slightly smaller and less equipped compared to other contractors... but for sleeping it is always enough... the premises and rooms were a little too cold for the season... the breakfast buffet is sufficient and varied and the kitchen is particularly recommended here... the service at the reception was friendly and casual... in the restaurant there were helpers or azubis who did not quite fit the level...

It's a nice hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and the characteristic structure is very nice. Unfortunately the very structure of the hotel makes it quite noisy. Every door that opened near my room as well as every person who climbed or went down the wooden stairs, caused a real disturbance to the quiet of my room. The internet connection was not particularly good. With both my devices (Ipad air and iPhone 6) I sometimes had connection problems. The breakfast is rich in alternatives but unfortunately there was a cat that was angry for the restaurant room.

Characteristic hotel but with some improvement area

What a lovely hotel. Nice room,  very pleasant and helpful staff and great food. Wifi was a bit flaky in the room but that was the only issue, and a minor one.
Will definitely look at again if in the area.

Lovely hotel

Good hotel for business trips around the corner, good service and staff are helpful and available. The bed is good, the hotel is quiet and the streets are quiet. The restaurant is also very good, the menu is reasonable in terms of choice, there are for all tastes and all budgets. I recommend for short or medium-term stays.
