For traveling a half of the Earth from my hometown in Vietnam to Germany, I was staying there. OMG! The room there is so nice and everything is neat and tidy. All the staffs and owner are so friendly, helpful and super enthusiasm. I can't find any hotel that could better than this one. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. The view was great, we could see the fresh and clean nature with all the green trees. It's so good to relax after your long working time within the week. 
The most thing that impressed me a lot is the attitude of all the people there. They are all good - hearted and kind people. I have learned a lot of positive things on my meaningful trip. 
I would stay there again and recommend it to others."

Solo Trip! A very super nice place that I had visited

I was out for each of the three days of my visit, leaving before 8.30am and returning early to mid evening, so no hope of meeting any deliver service in their normal hours. I was expecting a delivery from a supplier for me to bring back to UK with me (saving me quite a bit of money that way).

The hotel staff took-in my delivery of 8 fairly weighty boxes and loaded them into my car as well, saving my dodgy back!

Not only did I not have to hang around waiting for the delivery (and could get on with my business) but the hotel staff could not have been more helpful, and this has been my consistent experience here.

Helpful - going the extra mile!

A nice quiet hotel that is friendly and set in a very location over looking Driburg.

Nice tidy rooms and a basic but sufficient breakfast. Staff are friendly & helpful.

Parking is right outside the hotel.

Business Trip

I have had occasion to visit Bad Driburg 5 times over the past 18 months and each time stayed at Waldcafe Jaeger. They could not be more helpful and accommodating - not just on return visits but first and every time. E-mails are answered promptly; even if they do not have a single room free, they provide me with a double room at single price - any problem is their problem and not a problem for me. If I'm arriving late, they ensure easy entry. They've even called me on my mobile whilst I was out at dinner in order to ascertain if I required an early breakfast (which I had in the past) and they'd make sure it was available. Others could learn a lot by their attitude!

We stayed for 5 nights and have also opted for the HB. The hotel was not what I expected. I cannot say I was impressed by the food as well. 2 nights we dined out of the hotel and we enjoyed that way more. If you are looking for peace and quiet - this is the place. The rooms are not particularly big but they have great balconies with amazing view. the rooms look a little better than the rest of the hotel where everything looks a little old and overused. We enjoy just wandering in the woods and the location of the hotel actually gives access to a nice route or two. The owners are great, very welcoming and supportive. We had a little accident with our pet on a late Sunday night and they did help us out a lot to over come the situation. We are very greatful. 
We were not only the youngest couple in the hotel but also in town. We didnt know that the town was preferred destination by the more mature citizens. Despite we had a nice, relaxing time and enjoyed ourselves.

If you are looking for peace and quiet - this is the place

The Hotel in Bad Driburg near the "Teutoburger Wald" is not brand new. Some rooms were 2011 refurbished, but the furniture is a little bit simple. The single rooms , i stayed in one,are very small with narrow beds and showers. The Breakfast was o.k.The Service is very familiar. You must walk about 2 km to reach towncentre. Parking in front of the house is limited.
