A nice little hotel near the Bavarian mountains and in easy reach of Munich airport. Comfortable well equipped room with on-site parking and a restaurant. Lovely breakfast buffet. Shame about the shortage of staff - there is nobody at reception after lunch. 

Nice little hotel

Funny, very colourful mixed audiences gather here for the night - from handing over the keys to the floor fridge instead of a minibar to the defective room cabinets (in 2 of 2 rooms so far) - the first impression is more likely to be attributed to a bit of my long-gone youth. Unfortunately, it's also incredibly dark on the rooms - so if you want to read a book from real paper, you do best in the bathroom.

Retrospective with highlight

We've been at this hotel quite regularly over the last 10 years; now 2/23 for the first time after Corona. This was an absolute disappointment. The hotel used to be characterized by its family-friendly atmosphere and the very good regional cuisine. Now everything seems well-formed in practical terms; the menu is minimalist and at dining level, the dishes are also in taste, unfortunately.

Disappointment

Made a reservation through the hotel email and received an invoice. It was paid more than one month before arrival. In the end no room on my name was reserved and the hotel was fully booked. No refund has been processed yet and the hotel refuses to answer my numerous emails.

I had been a returning customer and had stayed elthere for several tes before this incident. Never, ever, ever again

Stayed 2 nights in the well located hotel, just 2km from main Munich to Salzburg autobahn.
Ample free and secure parking outside the hotel.
Clean and spacious rooms with TV and kettle, tea & coffee facilities.
Great continental buffet breakfast included in our room rate.
Only 25mins drive to Chiemsee and/or Austrian border (Kurfstein).
Highly recommended!

Perfect for Chiemsee

The room was really dusty, it was filled with spiders and mosquitoes. You couldn't shake your pillow without lying in a dust cloud, as the entire bed frame and floor rails between the two beds are thickly covered in dust. Despite the heat at the moment we could hardly open the window without fearing that several large spiders (no weaver servants) would come through the windows, as the entire facade is obviously full of it and there are no nets on the windows. Also, the hotel is on a very noisy federal road, which an open window at night also doesn't make it better. The mattresses are so permeable that you can lie from foot to foot on hard sprayers. The cleaning staff also comes in to make the beds and the new towels, although the room staff still want to put their hands on the windows. The rooms are located on a new roof, although the rooms were still empty.

Dust and spider paradise on the Federal Road

Hotel is in authentic style. Rooms are small, but nice withgood beds. Bathroom has a shower. No bath. The food was excellent. We stayed here on our way to Austria. The environment is not special, but the hotel is located near the highway. For a short stay; Recommended!

Cosy hotel, friendly staff.

A little out of the way, but very quiet and tidy, rooms big and clean, friendly staff, great dining room with good food, big parking, very good breakfast, fast connection to the highway,

Good hotel.

Good location to the highway, enough parking, comfortable rooms, bathroom with windows, breakfast rich and good. The restaurant is open Monday extra for hotel guests, which is very pleasant. The weekly menu is clear, but for everyone's taste, ground-floor homemade food, freshly cooked. The staff were very friendly, there is a pleasant and family atmosphere. I would stay there again when I'm nearby.

Conveniently located

Pros: - convenient location to the motorway - sufficient parking - cleanliness - staff at check-out and breakfast super nice - good breakfast - rooms in the back very quiet - rooms not top-modern but still OK Well: - service on arrival quite shortly connected - premises very empty despite good hotel accommodation? Contra: - nothing recommended for overnight stay.
