You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartments should be left tidy on departure. Guests are expected to vacumn clean the floors, wash the dishes, clean the oven and microwave, and sort the rubbish. Otherwise a final cleaning fee of EUR 32 will be charged. All cleaning materials are provided in the apartments.
