A bit off the beaten track but worth the visit, set in some lovely countryside with very good roads all around it was a welcome stop en route to Poland. Comfortable rooms but don't forget twin beds are German twins little or no room between them. Eat outside and the meal was filling and tasteful, good cheap beer and wine. Service was great but breakfast was a bit basic, good but not much choice.

Good stopover

It's in a very bad state of repair, it's in need of a major renovation, it had its best days 30 years ago, which is a shame, because the situation is very nice and you could do a lot of things near Hamel and Hanover, but unfortunately you'll never do that again.

Spider webs at the bottom

An older house with the substance. Simple, spacious rooms, clean. A refurbishment of the rooms would enhance the object. The mattress of my embedded room makes noises (an older feathered mattress) and was relatively perpendicular. The bathroom was fitted with older tiles in a somewhat rustic style. The toilet bowl needs to be screw back to the floor.

Easy house, friendly staff, good housewife food...

The hotel lived up to the same standards as our previous visit. Friendly efficient staff. The hotel restaurant is extremely popular in the local area so it would be a good idea to reserve a table if you intend to eat there. There are plenty of places to sit but the tables in the garden fill up quickly due to the location.
The food was excellent once again, several traditional favourites are on the menu along with a number of local dishes.
The room was large and airy. Plenty of space to relax after a day exploring the surrounding area. We also had a balcony overlooking the hotel gardens.

Second visit to this hotel, would return again

The country house with a beautiful view is located in Klein-Süntel, a secluded area of Bad Munder am Deister. The house already has Hermann Löns, who is a pagan poet. The staff and the owners are super friendly and half-ready. The kitchen offers regional specialties of the finest. The breakfast has the usual. The homemade cake is great. We have rooms 1, EZ, and 17, DZ, inhabited. Room 1 to the street and 17 to the garden. Both rooms were bright, very clean and neatly equipped. Unfortunately, the floors to the rooms are dark, with carpet tiles made of wood, teas with wooden balcony socks. The wood used to make steep stairs and the floors can be renovated as well.

Historic house with large investment stall

Very pleasant stay, we got a large three-bedroom with a large balcony above the terrace. Nice, quiet location, ideal place to relax after a trip. Many options for evening walks after eating. Great food with a wide selection on the menu. Staff is friendly and friendly. If possible, we will come back.

Traditional German hotel

Very enjoyable stay, we were given a large three bedded room with a large balcony overlooking the terrace. Nice and quiet location, ideal place to relax if you have been travelling. Plenty of walking to do on an evening after dinner. Food was excellent with plenty of choices on the menu. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We will stay he again if possible.

Traditional German Hotel

The service is quite good, the staff will bring you immediately to your room. The rooms are very basic and the bathroom looks very old. The pillows were terrible, they look like empty bags. Still you get enough value for your money.
