The Hotel Am Rupertuspark is a real secret tip! It is in a quiet location and only a few minutes walk from the city centre. Right next door is the Rupertus Therme. The hotel is family run. The owners and employees are very friendly, warm and hospitable. Great! The rooms are bright and friendly and very clean! And the breakfast was fantastic with attention to detail: mirror ledge in heart shape! There were fresh breads and fresh cut. Everything is top quality. Great choice of fruit and vegetables, lovely decorated! 🥰 The service was excellent! We will be back soon.

It's a great hotel.

Central location to the spas. It's about a 10-minute walk to the shopping street and numerous restaurants. The hosts were extremely friendly and always helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished with everything you need. The Wi-Fi works very well. The breakfast was rich and the service very remarkable and welcoming. Thank you, we felt very comfortable with you.

As I was researching possible places to stay for our recent stay in Bad Reichenhall, I saw many negative comments on TA, so I was ready to look elsewhere. Then my husband, using a different review site, found many positive comments, and I returned to read that the hotel had been taken over by new owners and things were much better. As a result, we spent two nights there last week and were very pleased with everything about our stay. The room was clean and traditionally decorated (very cute), with comfortable beds and nice cotton linens,  and we had a nice balcony with a lovely view of one of the mountains surrounding Bad Reichenhall. The location was excellent -- a few steps away from the Therme, where we spent a very relaxing afternoon, and within walking distance of the city center pedestrian zone, where we found many nice restaurants. Their breakfasts were substantial and delicious, and they even made an "Abendbrot" for us one evening when we hadn't much time before we were to attend a lovely concert at the Könlicher Kurgarten. This is now a family-run small hotel, and the owners were very friendly and helpful (something I've read on TA is not always the case in Germany).  Even though we had lived in Bavaria for almost 5 years a while ago, we had never spent any time in Bad Reichenhall, and I highly recommend the town and this hotel!

The new ownership of this hotel made all the difference!

We spent a night in Bad Reochenhall to stroll around here. The hotel is perfectly located as you walk into the center and it has a parking lot. The reception was very warm. You would really feel that the boss is concerned that the guests have a great time. The breakfast buffet was really extensive and very tasty. At the same time, I have never seen so many choices for so little space. If the weather suits, you can also have breakfast on the terrace. The rooms have gotten a bit old, but since we were just sleeping in the room anyway, they are absolutely fine.

A warm welcome, a great hotel for a short vacation

We booked two single rooms.After a long and arduous journey,we were moved to the third and last floor,without an elevator.No one helped us with our suitcases.The owner took in two elderly ladies,for protesting by reminding us that we were young and strong and could do it alone, simultaneously with my leash setter.Old rooms,restored floor with squares of stripped and glued carpets,cities of art absolutely fallow,deodorant for four bucks all over the hotel.Doc installed in the same room next to the bed,wc and laundry in another section of the room.My German property had a strong liquid soap in my bathroom and wc and seemed to be unusable afterwards.I had to recommend during my travels to the hotel,and I would recommend taking a very good breakfast and breakfast room.If you hadn't had a good morning's breakfast,you would have to use a very good morning's breakfast and breakfast room.If you hadn't had a good morning's breakfast and breakfast room,you'd never have a good morning's breakfast and

Breakfast...Worst and some don't eat fresh, sausage has stuck.Service dear lady, but the so-called boss Berliner. Not at all, always justifiable. We guests are just stupid with you. Mackert about fat people...the sentence!!! the fat deadline and deadline. Room bed laundry towels old and decorated.

It's impossible to hire a madman.

The house and the furnishings of the rooms are old but clean. It is always the ideal accommodation for us to visit the Rupert's Inn. The Berlin hostess is very nice. The breakfast buffet in the smallest room is the absolute hammer. There can be many 4* hotels hiding.

Old but still always like

This was by far the worst hotel I'd ever been to. Totally outdated rooms. Washbasins and showers in the room... soft toilet. Hideous 1970s furniture. Bright-eyed rooms. Breakfast was fine, but not worth mentioning. And it was said that a maid there makes long fingers. The house gentleman unkindly knows everything better, even the sound, and having the two old guests is just impossible. Service lady Christina very nice.

Disaster

You'll have to wait two hours outside the door to check in. Chef is an original Berliner who has no idea how to welcome and treat guests. The rooms are 70s style.

A very friendly reception, an ideal location for those who like to swim, the swimming pool and the treatment centre are just across the street and you are offered an entrance ticket.
