We stayed at this guesthouse for 3 days. Everything was perfect for us. We enjoyed long hiking in the woods, running and having a great time. We played darts, kids enjoyed the trampoline. Don't miss swimming in the Glaswaldee!!!

Out in the woods 

We stayed in a studio, and especially considering the price enjoyed ourselves very well here. The view from the balcony is great and the room is comfy. The room is furnished in typical alpine style: blond woods are everywhere. The bathroom was very clean and seemed brand new: with tiles and fixtures from the seventies though!
If I had to try I could complain about the bad wifi coverage and internet availabilty, or the fact that we could only pay cash, or the relatively small kitchen, but the view and the sound of the little stream outside was just wonderful and made up for all that. I would stay here again!

Very nice place to stay in the Black Forrest

We stayed in a third floor apartment, with balcony and splendid mountain views, for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was most welcoming and informative, the apartment was spacious, very clean, everything in working order (but for the WiFi, which was erratic, to say the least). The weather was atrocious throughout our stay, which forced us indoors for longer than we would have hoped. Absbachtal however had a solarium, sauna and communal dining/pub area to make up for this. And not expensive at all!
