It's okay for one night, but I wouldn't stay there any longer. When you get to the hotel, it smells very muffed or dirty. The room was big, the bathroom was tiny and the toilet brushes were not clean. The hotel just got old. The staff did their best and were very nice. However, no one from the staff was seen at breakfast. There was a large pumpkin with coffee, orange juice or milk in the tetrapack. It was okay. But the location from the hotel is very good, it's not far from the clinics, spa and pedestrian zone.

The location is the best from the hotel.

Very good dinner, breakfast with backpacks, friendly staff, bisserl pebbles of the facility, rooms in need of renovation, location with beer garden very well, was ok, no more no less

One day is enough

The location of the hotel is great. We didn't eat anything in the evening because we had already eaten with relatives. The room was spacious. The mattresses are very soft. But everything was nice clean. And the staff was very friendly. We will be happy to stay here again if it turns out.

It's all right.

One of the most dusty and dirtiest hotels I've ever been to. It was really disgusting. Dead spiders crushed to the wall, hair in the bathroom, little bugs in the bed, dust in the corners and on the bed. I complained and got a new room, which was just as dusty and disgusting as the first room. The mattress was completely flat. The breakfast was fine, the food in the restaurant was bad. The public areas were just as unattended as the rooms. When we checked, we got a small discount due to the room's price tag. Sorry, but I'm out of this hotel!!!

Not to be recommended!!!

After a long walk we came to the hotel. We would be welcomed kindly. The three-bedroom was so clean even after years. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet (until the dog was barking at 8am). The service at the restaurant was very friendly and the women were also quick. The pepper snitzel was delicious but drowned it in the sauce. The breakfast was ok. The breakfast is quite small and broken, but ok. Dog food in the hotel or restaurant I personally find fundamentally inappropriate. But for dog lovers.... in all but to recommend.

For a night of good...

This is a budget hotel. Reception was warm & welcoming. Parking was great. Wifi didn't work for me, and there was no one at the desk in the evening to ask for help. 

My room was spacious and comfortable, but outdated. The room smelled awful but easily aired out by opening the large window. I'm not sure about the cleanliness. I found what I think was a cherry stem tied in a knot on the nightstand. There was also trash in the trash can. 

Breakfast was okay - meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt & cereals. The eggs need to be washed before cooking. Several in the basket still had chicken feces on them. This can't be good. 

After breakfast & a morning walk, a lady knocked on my door and told me I had 1/2 hour to get out. It wasn't even 10:00 am yet. I showered and gathered up my things. But before I could get all the way out, 28 minutes later, she was standing in my doorway demanding that I pay. 

Really weird. Such a rude way to end my stay.  

Okay stay but abrupt departure

I stayed one night in Hotel Kaiserhof. It is very centrally located in this small town. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to understand my broken German. The room looked a bit dated but everything was clean. The breakfast was good, typical German - no omelets or bacon but a good choice of cold cuts etc. The restaurant was fabulous.
There would be a nice view towards the town from the front side rooms, but unfortunately my room was looking towards the parking lot.

Old but cosy

We got a double room for 90 €/night with a small additional room with extra door in which there was a sofa, a table and a TV (20 inches) (room number 33). The whole room was furnished with old furniture and smelled somewhat modest or dusty. On the beds half of the lamps were broken, as well as the light at the sink. The beds were spread out and it was seen that nothing had been invested in the rooms for a long time. We stayed for a total of 3 nights, which reduced the room price to 80 €/night. This room was a lot more expensive than the room, but we didn't feel uncomfortable.

You 'd better eat there.

This hotel is a bit dated but offers good value for money. The room was clean and spacious, although the decor is very dull. Breakfats was plentiful and we wnjoyed the restaurant and bar terrace. Great views and well located for everything in town. For people who only speak "holiday" German it was sometimes a bit difficult but we managed OK.
I would recommend this hotel only for people on a very limited budget.
