We were here for lunch, without reservation, yet we were assigned a great table. The menu is huge at very moderate prices. The little salad buffet is packed with fresh salads, my favorite was potato salad. The food bags and the soup were very tasty. The service is very friendly and nice. We are happy to come back.

It's a great restaurant.

This hotel has excellent amenities. Easy parking. Excellent cuisine. Nice & polite staff. Very clean in general. Old style decorated together with modern elements. The TV is a wide screen and it has international channels.

Hotel Thum

I stayed at the hotel for several days, as my wife was stationed in the hospital across the street. I was very well accommodated.

The potato salad is still made here, very high quality, and if you want to eat rationally, it's 100 percent super cooked.

I think the hygiene concept is exemplary. The check-in was contactless, the key card was ready, and the procedure was explained through the speakers. My room was absolutely clean and the mattress was excellent. With the desk including the office chair and good internet access, the work was also pleasant.

Even under Corona restrictions very well

I had a very small room at the hotel from Sunday to Friday. This one from my colleague was bigger and the bathroom was very clean. The bathroom was rebuilt. It's a little light-hearted, but since everyone has to work every morning, it seems, it's been quiet early.

Good for mountaineers

The homemade pasta bags were very delicious. There are different types of pasta bags that you can best list by the service and then choose your favourites. Portions are quite large and perfectly fine for the price. Additional salad plates could be assembled at a salad buffet yourself from a decent selection of different salads and dressings. Overall, definitely recommended.

Delicious homemade food bags

I stayed here 2days as a part of a business trip and I was satisfied with everything. I arrived by car and it was easy to find the hotel and park the car. There were enough parking place in front of the hotel. The hotel is right next to the noisy road 27, but my room was on the other side of the hotel, so it didn't bother me at all. My room was a bit small, but still big enough for one person. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good and I couldn't wish for more. The center of Balingen isn't far, the main walking street is available with a 10 minutes walk. For a few days stay I recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, good for short business trips

Since one of my colleagues stays here regularly, we meet there regularly and enjoy the delicious salad buffet.

It's always good for a business meal.

Prices ok, service great, kindness. Bed okay, room had its best days behind it. It was clean all the time. I didn't get to run on the Internet. There were old newspaper clippings from the hotel all over. Well. Breakfast was great, fresh stir-fry or mirror guides, homemade jam. Wow. If I drive there again, I'll stay there again.

Nice and family hotel

I didn't arrive until after 11:00 p.m. - there's a so-called night entrance next to the official entrance - there's a bell ringing there and in a counter, you're being told what to do. My key with WLAN password and a directions was on the heater. The room was okay - at least clean - about the taste of the interior designer. We don't have to talk about it, we just got a little bit into the year.
