In 30 years of business travel, I've never seen anything like this. According to the website, 24-hour reception, but when I arrived, everything was locked. Guests were in the hotel. Anyone with a key came in, otherwise everything was open. Phone contact was not possible. An email was not answered the next day. The room was reserved and also confirmed in writing by the hotel. I've never seen such a service. My experience - finger away from this hotel. The rating of a star is still too much.

It's unbelievable.

The single room was turned into a double room. The second bed was only accessible on all fours. A state-of-the-art bathroom, where the toilet did not even work. An absolute mess shop! This kind of thing can be offered at all... no more. You can only warn everyone.

The very last

It's nice of you, the staff are nice, but it was nice of you. The double room is very big, but the unit is somehow crammed together, the heaters are anchored with wooden seals, the floor and the ceiling are full of stains, in the bathroom the hair from the previous one, the sinks are not cleaned. In the toothpick there is a cigarette bag. All night noise from any installations (water, heating). Breakfast is poor. On departure there was no breakfast at all, the dining room is blocked, it was at 8:00 in the morning, no one in the house. But the breakfast was billed. So no further recommendation.

Forget about it.

Magnificent hotel, ultra-comfortable rooms and bedding, exceptional swimming pool/sauna/rest corner, delicious cuisine and a view from the balcony of the room over the vastness of the Black Forest, it is really very, very beautiful!

The hotel is very easy to reach. We arrived and we were very happy about the room but we were shocked when we entered the room. The double room is a little smaller than in the pictures. The Steinhart bed and the ceiling during the day were various stains. I don't want to know exactly what it was. The bathroom was very messy. The rich breakfast as in the description left much to be desired. In general, you have to say the 3 stars are not worth it. The price for the night is too expensive. For something like this, you usually pay no more than 50 euros a night around the bidding room.

Room disaster

Very good cuisine in a nice atmosphere with loving service We ate three times at the restaurant at night, each time the quality of the food was great. We had booked three meals each, the children ate à la carte. For vegetarians too, there is always a selection of interesting dishes. We were very satisfied and enjoyed our food very much. The service is excellent, just like the cleanliness.

After the other hotels in question had been booked for our weekend, despite the bad reviews, we had finally booked in the Oxen. The hotel makes an appealing impression from the outside. The dining room also looked well maintained. Our rooms were relatively small, but everything was clean and tidy. The Grand Lit, however, takes up relatively little space. The TV and sanitary facilities worked smoothly in our two rooms. Whoever booked a room for 49,-- this one might not necessarily expect the same amenities and facilities as in hotels of pre-categories. Bietigheim is not necessarily an alternative tourist-oriented place, and after a short round of visiting, the host discovered that eating at the restaurant was also a relatively high-value option. The hotel was also a much higher-expected option in the morning, and perhaps we should not have to eat at a restaurant with a much higher price.
