This hotel meets all expectations to German cleanliness, accountability and fair business. Two guests - exhausted by motorway travel - arrived at a partner hotel where a wedding promised a long and noisy night. We were redirected to Niedersachsenhof. Large rooms and bathrooms, absolutely quiet. Lovely evening meal served on the outside terrace, and good breakfast. As even the price was moderate, one can hardly think of any drawbacks.

A friendly and quite hotel near the bustling main motorway

What can I say about the wonderful hospitality that I received from the owners of Niedersachenhof? This lovely little hotel in the countryside near Bispingen provides comfortable rooms and delicious food. The breakfast is amazing and will set you up for the day. I cannot recommend this little hotel highly enough. 

Outstanding welcome

The Niedersachsenhof Guest House in Behringen was a haven for our visit to the Luneberger Heide. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival , obviously expected and quickly assigned to our rooms. The rooms were charming and clean with many homey touches, so essential after a long day of travel. The supper menu was a treat with many choices to suit everyone's tastes. Each dish was beautifully prepared and scrumptious. We were able to sample many of the local specialities. Our host went out of her way to make suggestions and reservations for a horse and carriage  ride for the following day. The breakfast buffet was also plentiful and creative. A wonderful place to stay!

A Gem in the Luneberger Heide

Food is excellent, beds are alittle old, and the floor i creeking.
Host is lovely, and her husband is the cook.
Food and service is very good.
There is a park just outside the hitel wich is nice to stroll in.
If you can, try to get a room in the annex.

My husband and I had gone to Germany to watch Luhmuhlen horse show in June. We booked this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights at 45 euros a day.
To our dismay, Luhmuhlen turned out to be 45 kms away and with no direct connectivity. 
The hotel lady and her husband welcomed us very warmly. She made an effort to call me and ask if we wanted dinner as we were reaching post dinner time.
The rooms were quite comfortable with hot water and a radio stereo set and no television. Rooms are situated in a separate building with nice lawns. Breakfast is buffet and very delicious. Personally, the high point is the lovely and charming hotel owners who went that extra mile to make us comfortable.
The rate is little over priced compared to the facilities and the fact that its a little hunting village close to Behringen, close to autobahn... but neverthless, the lady and her husband made it all worth.
