Check in was more than interesting. Had to call a number posted on the door several times before reaching someone. Finally, someone arrived to check us in. Stayed in a separate building but it was nice. There was much confusion about our reservations almost daily. Lady in the kitchen was very rude and English speaking only people should be prepared for a difficult time with communication. I would stay here again, if needed. 

Nice 

* *Internet*: was not working the first two todays. When I asked to fix it, they were telling me that I can fix it by myself by pressing some reset buttons. Looking at the internet router, you did not want to touch any cabls.
* *checkin* When I was checking in, the statement I could check in any time. There was a vietnamese guy who told me that he will fetch his colleagues. He said 10 minutes. Looking at the review of another person here, it seems that this is a common experience. It took long to check in and the owner was not there in time. Colleagues who were waiting in a car called it the longest checkin they have experienced.
* *Rooms* were old and especially the floor was dirty. One day there my room was not made. linnens were not change during the whole stay. Room is too light with too much LED. The fridge was loud and woke me up in the night. Looking in the fridge, there was just alcohol. It also takes quite a while until the water is warm in the shower. 
* *Breakfast*: The breakfast itself was poor. The soft eggs were cold and there was no variety. Breakfast was till 9:00. On my last day I got in at 09:00 and got a very unfriendly talk by the lady that I am too late for breakfast. One might argue that if I come at 09:00 it is too late or still in time, but as she had cleaned up everything already it was pretty clear that I would have had an issue if I had been in time. 
* *Payment*: I got the breakfast invoiced. I talked with the owner on the phone. He told me that it should be ok as I got a discount (5 euros instead of 7). I argued that the reduced price was the reason I took it and I do not see any reason why I should pay for something that was not consumed. Then he told me that just because of 5 Euros he will not make a new invoice. 
* *cigarette smell*: I smelt cigarettes coming from the next room and I saw an ashtray on the balcony. So i am not 100% sure, but it feels that it was not 100% smokefree.

All in all, I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone. If it is an emergency and the last hotel, you will survive some days, but most likely you will not enjoy your stay.
