I was very pleased with the hotel, its close proximity to the Bonn Bahnhof and the center of the city, the staff, the breakfasts, and the amenities in the sleeping room. This was a good experience and I would use Intercity when traveling again in the future. The only item that did not work for this trip was the on-line reservation process. I finally called and spoke to a staff person who explained the system was temporarily down. Thank you, Michael
