Staff was so welcoming, does needs a few updates but staff and food more than made up for it. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was even better. Seems to be run by a family who are just so accommodating. Will definitely be back. Location is great

Great Staff, wonderful food

Actually, we were supposed to go to the Emperor, but Corona made a little barbecue in our room. Since we all deserved a break, we extended our booking by two more days and did not regret it. With friends and bicycles we set off. After our arrival we were very kindly welcomed and could eat right into our rooms. These are not very large, but clean and well maintained. Even a small balcony belonged to our room! From here we had to look directly at the Rhine and the small enemy brothers (2 castles) on the opposite shore. During the day, there was a very loud base on both the road and the railway tracks, but at night we were not able to eat at the same time. But at night we were able to eat at the opening of the kitchen. The chef had absolutely no qualms about the breakfast, and if you want to eat at the kitchen, you can always have a super-expensive lunch, and if you want to eat at the kitchen, you can always have a super-expensive lunch, and if you want to eat at the barbecue or at the barbecue, if you want to

Professional, well-guided and honest hospitality! Here you can eat well and fresh and relax. As a guest, you will be pleasantly pampered! It is worth taking a break from the rather overcrowded Boppard here! The place is also charming!

A real pearl

For lunch I went to Bad Salzig. Right on the Rhinebabenallee and opposite the enemy brothers (Burg Sterrenberg and Castle Liebenstein) is the small hotel on the Rhine. In a kind of winter garden you sit right on the Rhine and can eat to your heart's content. I ordered a slice of Vienna, potato chips and a salad. In addition, I ordered a giesling from the region. While you wait for your meal, you can visit the Rhine up or down the coast motor ships with goggles that are already on the dog benches, or you can look at the castles on the other shores nearby. Relatively smoothly served. The tasting is excellent, and you can enjoy it with a tasty drink and drink.

Food for Enemy Brothers

We can only evaluate the restaurant, but that alone is worth a visit. Super delicious food, cheap and super view right over the Rhine and the castles of Sterrenberg and Liebenstein. Also the staff super nice and very attentive. We had pigs' medallions wrapped in bacon with homemade spatchels in a herbal butter sauce. To that one apples' shorel made directly in Boppard. If you're nearby you should come here to eat anytime. We're definitely coming back for dinner.

I can only agree with the positive reviews. I spent one night on my hike there and felt very comfortable there. The kitchen was fine, but not rough, but tastefully decorated. I can also highly recommend the goat's ragot. The service was extremely friendly.

A very pleasant stay

We were very satisfied with our knob club in the Pearl of the Rhine, we were very satisfied with the rooms, with the rich breakfast and the very nice hosts. The menu for lunch and dinner was rich, tasty and everything was freshly prepared. Absolutely recommended Conny T.

I only got one rating, excellent.

Amazing hotel in an amazing little town next to the Rhein. We stayed here for three days. Amazing friendly staff. We had a big room overlooking the Rhein. We had a little balcony where we sat looking at the Rhein. Was like a fairy tale. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had an excellent breakfast! Will definitely recommend this gem of a place!

Gem of a hotel

I also stopped in Bath Salzig on my hike. The pearl for a night's sleep is an absolute recommendation. The food is good and my sleep was relaxing. Cleanliness top. The price/performance ratio was perfectly fine.

Very nice.

Driving back home to the Netherlands we stopped for a night at the Perle. Granted it is a small hotel but our Host knew who we were as soon as we walked in, and referred to us by our name. It rarely happens in things day and age. 

The rooms are average in size and very quiet, ours had a balcony overlooking the river. Cleanliness was ten out of ten, bathroom very clean also but small (only a shower, no bathtub). Bed was very comfortable and the little extras that they provide are better than many 5 star hotels in London. We even had complimentary water, there were amenities in the bathroom and a sewing kit. NB this is a two star property.

As we were there for such a short period we decided to stay in the restaurant and have a few drinks and dinner there. If you do not decide to stay here, at least have dinner, it is well worth it, food was truly divine but I think you might have to book ahead. The restaurant was packed but I can tell you that this did not impact on service or quality.

Breakfast the following morning was just as delicious after a good nights' sleep. I have had a lot of fried eggs in my time but I have to say I don't think I have ever had such a delicious fried egg, the bread is great and coffee was perfect.

I can honestly say that I will be happy to return to the Perle am Rhein. Thank you for looking after us.
