We stayed in the villa Silence for three nights. The location is convenient because it's close to the highway, close to the spa. The rooms are modern, brightly furnished. The curtains outside the windows could have been a little darker, it was very bright in the morning. The breakfast was now perfectly decorated in the Corona era. On the tables were picnic baskets with a setup where breakfast was on a refrigerated battery. There was also sausage and cheese... bread, butter and homemade jam. The staff were super friendly. If we had the opportunity to drive there again, I would book the villa Silence immediately.

Hotel + spa

As a long-time guest, I can recommend the hotel for both weekends and weekends, all super friendly clean, modern and familiar, quiet location with super view of the green, simple top, whether it's for a trip to the spa or in the area, even after Munich it's not far away as the motorway is 3 km away, to the airport 30 minutes.

We were at the Villa Silence for the third time, and it was all over again. At first I was afraid of a bit of building noise as the hotel was just expanding. However, we didn't notice anything and the service and the rooms were as good as ever.

It's a great hotel.

A very clean and decent hotel with large rooms and bathrooms. A friendly reception from the owner despite my late arrival. A rich breakfast in the bright and friendly breakfast room.

All is well in quiet condition

Great Hotel with a very modern design and great room. Breakfast in price included is very good. Room was clean and spacy. For the price you get very good room with a view and with breakfast. Drinks are available at the bar where you sign your room number and you pay at check out.

Great Hotel

My wife took me here for my birthday. The room was annoying because we had one in the roof area so the walls were low and the celling was the rake of the roof. So you tend to hit your head all the time but besides that it was nice. The traditional European breakfast was outstanding due to all the homemade marmalades they have. I swear I kept going back to try more. look in all honesty for the bargain price you do get a comfy bed, warm room, top breakfast and friendly staff so I can't say anything bad about this place.

Small rooms but good breakfast

We enjoyed our stay for two nights, we were warmly received and cared for, everything worked out like a rope. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is good. A small disadvantage: the fountain was so sticky. Nevertheless, we'd love to stay there again if we could.

Highly recommended

Our expectations for a romantic evening in the countryside were exceeded by this hotel.  The charming staff provided flowers, Champagne, and an intimate, though not elaborately provisioned, room.  The location lives up to its name and provides a bucolic setting within easy driving distance of the mountains as well as the world renowned thermal spa at Erding.  For all the appeal of the nearby amenities, the warm staff makes it tempting to stay at the hotel for those who prefer a relaxed schedule.  We were provided with a fresh made breakfast buffet prepared by a sociable hostess.  Whether looking for an escape to nature, a day of pampering at Erding, or a peaceful romantic getaway, Villa Silence is sure to suit your desires.

Perfect romantic escape

The access to the hotel is very easy with the code and the descriptions. The room was very modern and spacious, especially the bathroom and shower were great! The breakfast was super delicious. Fresh buns and homemade jams and a perfect coffee. In the bed right under the deep slope it is not possible to sit down. And unfortunately you can't really darken the room.

Highly recommended for short stays

A peaceful hotel not far from Munich. Sleeping here helps to understand why in the name of the hotel there is the word “Silence”. Rooms are large enough and well equipped, warm (we stayed here in winter) and bright. Breakfast is varied and excellent. As we will pass on this road for some more time in the next future, we will consider to stay again in this hotel. Staff is very nice.
