Wow. What do you say? My family and I attended a wedding at the sister facility, and as part of the wedding party, we got a room at this place. The last thing I remembered was putting my head on the pillow. The next thing I remember is there was a German prison Gaurd screaming at my wife that we need to check out in 5 minutes. This was at 11ish, nothing extra ordinarily late, considering we got the room at 4 in the morning. We were told guests were waiting for the room, but we could keep it for another nights fee. 

My problems:
1) the check out timings aren't published anywhere. 
2) she was screaming at us as though she was paying us to stay there, not the other way around. 
3) there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. 
4) I paid in cash, for 2 rooms, and didn't get a receipt (we all know what that means).
5) she refused to make us coffee while we waited for the transport. 

I paid international hotel prices for this place. All things considered, I believe paying for transport back to Stuttgart at 4 am would have been a much more pleasurable experience than staying in that place. 


Am I really in Germany?

It is a nice property and this is where the nice stops! The owner is extremely rude, we were there for one night and got screamed at by Frau Marlene Hirlinger at 11:15 in the morning that we have to leave! The checkout is apparently at 10:00 but this is not written anywhere. There were no other guests, so she didn't really need the rooms and according to her we could stay for another half an hour if we paid for an extra night- again, all of this is happening at 11:15 in the morning. I was still in my pajamas with a mouth full of toothpaste while she was screaming at the top of her lungs. Paying for a late checkout was not an option! At prices that are more suitable for an actual hotel in a big city Frau Hirlinger's behavior was unacceptable! 
Liebe Frau Hirlinger, Sie waren die schlechteste, die gemeinste Gastgeberin, der ich je begegnet bin! Sie sollten sich vielleicht einen anderen Beruf aussuchen!
