The location is very nice.We were in the apartment house beautifully renovated only the floor heater was not going to have a small heater.What is missing is something for bathing and towels to hang up after swimming.The staff were very friendly and the food was great and always hot whoever finds nothing there is to blame.Unfortunately a minus point for the suptropical bathroom it is not suptropical you freeze and the warm pool is not in operation etc. It rained inside there would have been a fundamental renovation needed even the shower would have it urgently needed.

Nice location good food no subtropical feeling

When we arrived at the rented house, we had to find several shortcomings: the door was tight, the handle was loose, food leftovers & crumbs on the couch, loose mattresses in the beds, mold in the bathroom and broken tiles. When the next day's complaint was filed, the lady at the reception seemed to understand: Only improvements were probably not enough anymore, the houses needed to be urgently renovated... The second house was at least relatively clean - until the plastic was probably too hot here from the dust drain on the plate... we left early. We did not receive the promised cashback of our expenses well after two weeks of departure.

Housing in need of renovation and dirty

We were there last weekend - for the (super) cheap price. Price - performance was great. Because the apartments are in need of renovation, but that made the breakfast buffet and dinner good again. The staff was friendly all around! The leisure bathroom could also be renovated. As far as I know, the park will be overhauled in time.

Offer - Bargain

Hello all, we lived in the park from 3012.19 - 03.01.2020 with 3 adults and 2 children. The accommodations have come more than in The Years, dirty and disastrously furnished! Whoever claims something else lives in the zoo. Through the terrace door it pulls like at the main station, the TV has the size of a darts disc (max.), the cleaning leaf from the walls, it molds everywhere, (see pictures), promised W-Lan=0, heating (if you can call it so) works only on the move in the school water=morning!! If it works very well.

What a disaster!

We have never seen any house that was so un-clean. It had not been cleaned for very long time. In every corner there were multiple of dead flies, spider webs and fluffs of dust. We had to clean all the dishes before we could use it. In one of the three bedrooms, there was an unfinished wasp nest. It was impossible to take a shower because of the only 5-liters hot-water-tank, and with either maximum or no power of the hot water.
The subtropical waterpark was okay, but the changing-room facilities was not segregated. One of the two tennis courts was greased by moss. The lake to swim in was so low, that it was impossible to swim in, and there was definitely no beach with no beach sun loungers.

Terrible and disgusting experience

I have to say, for 120,- €/night for 4 people, my family used to live much cheaper or much more comfortably. Until the last time I thought we would have included the breakfast buffet advertised with beautiful pictures in this price. Misplaced! I can't believe the manager's away, the houses that haven't been renovated are too expensive, the staff is working very hard.

Horrible the only positive point the pool otherwise no charges foreseen tax 32 50 for 5 guarantee 65€ refundable on that account after 7 days but no state of the place neither at the entrance nor at the exit, sauna closed bowling closed only the pool

Displeased

The parc facilities are okay. The swimming pool is nice, the parc is clean.
The houses are a little outdate. The kitchen and terrace need a redo. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean.
Lots of fun things to do with kids within 20 km of the parc.

Great location for a stay with young kids

Nice nice house for five decoration a little off the grid, great pool, lots of walks and tours around, no good wifi, 15th on the phone and it doesn't work tjs.

Holidays in Germany

The facilities at the park are good. Great swimpool with nice slide, football-field, minigolf and bowling.
Restaurant is good.
The houses are out of date and need some renovation. The beds are very bad, matress is too hard.
