A delightful hotel hosted by the wonderful Winter who was very helpful and accommodating when I got lost on what should have been a straightforward 15 minute walk from the train station!
The interior design along with the crockery and cutlery are superb.
There is a wonderfully stocked honesty bar adjacent to the first-floor balcony where you can have a nightcap to round off your day.
Breakfast is also very good.

Delightful hotel with a very warm welcome.

if you come to Coburg you can stop at this hotel , it is very good emplacment 2 minutes historic center , the room at this hotel is very great , comfortable , quiet and we will take the breakfast you will have the best service .
you will have your breakfast in a very comfortable space with an upscale dish and a service of good intentions.

Stop for one night

I stayed one night in Villa Victoria. I was in the dependance and I suggest as a very nice and clean place were to stay.
The people is very nice and hospitable good and new rooms and for breakfast you can have a big choice.
Another important thing is that the hotel is very close to the city center that you can visit by feet.

Staying in Viilla Victoria

We had the Albert Suite, a large, comfortable, and quiet room on the second floor. The hotel is close to the town center, perhaps a six-minute walk. Our main concern was with security. We arrived shortly after 4 p.m. to find a locked door. A delivery person eventually came along who pointed out a brass plaque on the side of the door that instructed you to call a phone number to get a code to access the door. Unfortunately, the notice was only in German, a language we do not speak. Once we called and got the code, we endered the hotel and found the registration desk was arrayed with keys to various rooms with the surname of guests attached to each. It would have been easy to grab a handful of keys and pillage the rooms, but of course we didn't. It turns out that the desk is manned only during the morning hours and then from 4 until 8 p.m., although it wasn't manned the day we arrived at shortly after 4 p.m. We had no phone in our room, which raised the issue of what would happen if you needed to make an emergency call. As we were checking out, we noticed a phone in the hallway, but by then it was too late to reassure us. So, nice hotel in a good location, but security leaves a good deal to be desired.

Nice Hotel Well Located, But Some Security Concerns

The structure has a very well-furnished period building and a new structure completely renovated. On opposite street side
The ideal solution for business and for pleasure.
Located near one of the entrance doors to the center of Coburg, it combines the refinement and welcoming spirit of Coburg.
Room size are adequate and complete services.
The owner, always attentive to the needs of the guests and always present.
Breakfast is served in the lounge overlooking the inner park with perfect service and variety of offer.

For business but not only

Prince Albert came from Coburg and the middle-sized town boasts a stately home in town and a more fortress-like castle (the biggest in German) up the hill, both used relatively recently.

To fit in with this, this villa has kept the feel and many good features from the Victorian era when it was built.  Definitely high on the quaint-ometer!  Breakfast was reasonable (smoked salmon and herring particularly nice).

There's WiFi and car parking outside the main building.

The downside is that no-one was there to greet us so there was an email to give the code to get in.  It was also hard to find, which may be because there were road works nearby.

On the upside, it was near to one of the town gates and it's 10 mins walk to anywhere in the town centre, which has some good shops and some nightlife.
