Comfort Room No. 21 from 11 to 16 December 2022 We booked: 5 nights all-inclusive plus price for comfort rooms. Room with mosel view was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast buffet was a good choice, but after three nights the evening buffet was deleted and replaced by á la Carte menu in the hotel restaurant, as there were too few guests still at the hotel. It was okay, but not what was booked. For 3 of 5 days there was no staff heating and no hot water disruption due to the heating system.

It's too bad.

We spent five days with friends at the Fritz Hotel and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich and the buffet in the evening was also rich. Although we had a room by the road, we slept very well and quietly. We can only recommend the fish soup at the Fritz Restaurant. The dishes offered there are also very good. We booked a weekend for September 2022.

Easter at the Mosel

The Hotel Fritz is not a Schickimicki and yet there is everything you need. Whoever wants a 4 star hotel is wrong here. What you get here is so much more than stars can be expressed. You get a great service, good breakfast, good dinner, clean rooms with comfortable beds and always a smile from the staff and the entire family of the owner. Here everyone takes care of the guests, from the nice lady at the reception to the ladies in the kitchen to the owner. Aaaaber I would like to emphasize especially Ole. On the first day of the week, we booked the large holiday apartment for up to 9 people at the Hotel Fritz. It was the first weekend that we were able to get the apartment (payment), so the door to the beautiful apartment was opened to us after the months of the Corona closure, so that the hotel had plenty of time to get the hotel on the premises and make investments. The pictures on the Internet convinced us so that we (3 couples) decided to rent this beautiful holiday apartment. The arrival was easy, so we could get the apartment (payment). One point is too much for the 3 nights we spent in the holiday home. The panels on the roof terrace are broken and loose. A bed broke in the second night. Our five-day short vacation was spent in a holiday apartment at the Hotel Fritz. At the reception we were very friendlyly welcomed. The FW (a large room with small kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster; sofa and coffee table, 1 dining table with two chairs and a seating bench, TV, our large balcony with a table and two chairs, a garbage can; a double bed with good mattresses and a wardrobe; a generous small bathroom with personal wellness room!!) We were totally calmly visited in a side-board vessel. From the balcony to the very small gazeboards and other idyllic shops we found it very nice to see. Our food stalls (HPs) were all covered. We also had a small hotel with a table and two chairs, a trash can; a simple spa with a good mattresses and a cup of wine, etc. We were very happy to be able to get away from the hotel.

The comfort rooms with the view of the mosque are fine. Dinner and dinner staff were just fine. Breakfast crew was unfriendly and uncomfortable.

The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Reception: For several days and people unfriendly and slick room: easy to keep with a view of the yard over the kitchen drawers. Bright ear. Fire door knocks one floor with an unbearable rumps bathroom: shower mat, cosmetic mirror lighting defective and dripping toilet washing. Mold in the tile folds. broken soap dispensers. Hereditary. Restaurant: salad (bacon, cloves, moose from the can) plus a celebrated tomato and that in May. Other standard table with pommes and cooking pudding. Not really tasty. Breakfast, but acceptable. Room: cooked or steamed. Main street: still quiet because of the hardness of the hotel.

Never again

The food was very good and the program was excellent. Great liquor and wine tasting. The hotel was very cheap, parking lots at the door. Partly very dedicated staff, partly very polite staff. Unfortunately, we had a room where the window didn't close properly, so there was a big gap. Since the room was right above the entrance to the hotel, the smoke of cigarette smokers always pulled directly into our room. This was very uncomfortable. In the room itself there was no W-Lan and unfortunately there was no remote control for the TV, which was apparently brought by its predecessors. Very unfortunate that it wasn't so polite in a hotel because the door is so often closed. It was not intended to sit at the window, the TV was always on the doorstep. This was very uncomfortable because after a few weeks the music was taken up in the room, and the restaurant was closed because the door was closed because of the noise.

The weekend

We had a very nice large room (about 40 square meters) with direct view of the moselle and a huge terrace. Then the 20€ surcharge really paid off. The bathroom was newly renovated with an excellent shower and big enough. A large flat screen TV with many programs was available. WLAN worked in the whole hotel. The service in the restaurant and at the reception was very good and friendly. The breakfast and dinner as part of the half-board was very varied, sufficient and very tasty. It was for everything. In addition, the hotel offered a free wine and spirits, which is not self-evident. In a price-lease/reserve ratio we would definitely like to come back again!
