Very nice family hotel! The rooms were super clean! The staff was mega friendly and hospitable! Our bicycles could be accommodated safely. The food & the wines are very delicious! The hotel and restaurant can be highly recommended.

It's a great hotel and restaurant.

A few days ago, I was there, tasty wine, tasty flame cakes, nice young, attentive man at the service! Yesterday, two tables were still open in the outdoor area. We stood in the registration area (Corona) and were ignored by the two older gentlemen who did the service, although they did see it, at the second approach, about half an hour later, my partner spoke to one of the gentlemen who had previously relaxed behind the counter for a large sip of red wine. There was another table open. The gentleman left us standing and didn't come back. For me, this is local history.

Nice location, but...

The food and the atmosphere were just great! Price/performance just voted, which you can't say about every restaurant here. Nice and skilled staff. Card payment possible, which seems to be a rarity here.

Very satisfied

We were delighted with the location with a great view of the moselle. Unfortunately, but also very loud. The service was absolutely good and thoughtful. Unfortunately, the menu did not match the wine list and the ambience of the restaurant - on the menu we found, unfortunately, often slices in many variations. Regional specialities unfortunately were incorrect. We asked for a slice of potatoes (instead of potatoes) and extra Dutch sauce. The dish was not a treat - presumably a finished slice with bags of Dutch cheese and quite hard potatoes - we should have been fooled and at least the slice had been fresher then that was an absolute absence of cooking. Our special wishes were calculated for a slice of Dutch sauce. Then we would never come back to the table with a glass of Dutch ice cream again - we would love to have a fresh slice.

Great location - wine class service super - kitchen great disappointment

Nice atmosphere to drink wine. Very clean and Corona rules (including filling out forms) are well followed and after each visit the table is disinfected first. The waiter could be a little more friendly (he asked directly without a card what we wanted), but would still come back.

Nice atmosphere

We had a very nice big room. Unfortunately, it's quite noisy through the restaurant under the rooms. Unfortunately, we also had a constant smell of food in the room. But the room was very clean and tidy. Access to the rooms from the 2OG upstairs is certainly very difficult for some without an elevator. Our bathroom was very clean and modern, but also very tight. The breakfast buffet gets 12 out of 10 possible points!! 👏👏👏 I think the price/performance ratio fits. The two nights we had were right for us. Good luck for the future!!

The weekend

My husband and I spent one night in this hotel. The check-in was pretty short and short. Our room was on the top floor, 4 days ago, without elevator up a rather narrow staircase. The room itself was clean, the shower mini. The next morning's breakfast was excellent and left no wishes open.

Solides Hotel

We had booked a double room online for a week. We got a rooftop room on the fourth floor without an elevator! The WiFi didn't work, nor did the normal Internet. In the rooftop there was a window that couldn't get dark. So at six in the morning the sun was already shining in the room. The TV was getting six transmitters. When we wanted to complain, it said for days that the boss wasn't there, but he would come tomorrow... finally we cancelled the vacation after five days.

Never again!

The place has a very nice location right on the promenade overlooking the moselle. Here you can taste a variety of wines and snacks comfortably. In front of the place there are standing tables with stools and a nice outdoor terrace on the first floor. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the kitchen. The food was unpleasant, the salad was boring. The little piece of zander was matchy and spongy in a broth on the plate. We will go back to drink wine, but we will eat somewhere else. The service at the winery could be friendlier, the waiter on the first floor is super and totally friendly.

A good wine shop without a great kitchen.

Friendly staff. Early check-in was possible. Well-maintained room. Comfortable beds. W-Lan a little slow. Varied breakfast of good quality. Great view of the moselle. Unfortunately, you get the soundscapes of the promenade with you, but it's no different in the central location. The wine bar restaurant seems to be always full outside in good weather, you don't get a table there spontaneously.
