Great stay on our cycle trip from Koblenz!  The rooms were large and clean.  The staff was super friendly.  And the breakfast was delicious.  We even accidentally left our toddler's sleep toy and they kindly mailed it to us along with some treats for her!  It was an overall great stay and perfect for visiting Burg Eltz while touring the Mosel by bike!

The place is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic town hall and the church. The reception took place very quickly. The waitresses did not wear any masks at all at their work. The portions were too small, especially the meal bags are not saturated. The quality of the meat is probably TK goods. The prices are moderate. We would not come back anyway!

Already the road to the castle (about 15 minutes through the forest) is beautiful and then you turn around the corner and look at this wonderful castle in the morning light.

The Castle of Dreams

My family and I (two adults, a small child) have spent three days, or two nights, at the Eltz Castle boarding house, perhaps looking for alternatives. Otherwise, as the name suggests, it was not all very exciting here, despite the name of the undoubtedly impressive Eltz Castle. But before the actual assessment, the person who wants to continue to serve in the near future in Moselburg was warned that we would have to spend more than a trip to the Eltz Castle, so we might also look for alternatives. In Moselburg, not only is there a lovely cup of tea, but a whole cemetery of the best. Unfortunately, we don't really have to go back to the place where we were staying for almost eight years, but we don't really have to go back to the supermarket. But not once the beauty of the old Moselburg area is felt, but we have to go back to the place where we were staying, and then we have to have a very large one, but then we have to have to go back to the hotel, so we have to the area where we were staying,

Much wanted, little known

After the reception, I was shown my room and, at my request, the property. I was even allowed to choose my room. What surprised me was the large hall/dance hall, really nice.. who is looking for a new building is wrong here- everything is in its own right, so my respect.

Short trip to the Moselle Hotel was kindly received by the boss, after which I was shown my room and the estate,

Disaster, unfriendly owner, slanderous about everything and the place, couldn't wait for her vacation at Malle and the beer king (so she fits), bad food cooked in the microwave with sauces from the plastic cup, wine was drunk and finally the clothes smelled like old fried fat...horrible!

More than weird

At first, we were a little worried because after booking, we tried to contact the hotel several times by e-mail for information, but we never got a response. So we decided to call and we came across a lady who doesn't speak a word of English, so it was impossible to get this information. So we arrived at the scene in the evening, it's easy to park, there's a large parking lot right across the street. There are entrances, I would advise you to go through the back bathroom if you arrive too because the hotel/restaurant was done and the bar was busy at the hotel when we arrived. So the room was very well occupied, everything was hot for a little night.

Ideal location for Eltz Castle

The pension has come a long way, and it's probably going to need some kind of refreshment, but the rooms are clean and tidy, and there's something to be done about the kindness, but it may be due to the staff, who aren't there enough at night, which means stress for everyone, unfortunately, but the food tasted really good.

Check-in starts at 1 p.m. On arrival at 1:30 p.m. everything is locked, no one can be reached by phone. On the back door there is a sign Today from 5 p.m. At 5 p.m. the boss comes out and announces in an unfriendly tone that the booked three-bedroom is not available because she had to make a big purchase and didn't prepare the room. She could only offer us (a family with a child) two double rooms. So we had to look for another small hotel in the area in the evening. Very unprofessional, you don't feel like recommending in any way!!!

Finger off this pension! unprofessional and unfriendly

For our short trip to the Moselle, the perfect accommodation. Castle Eltz is easily accessible on foot and a walk through the vineyards is also available. The rooms are quiet, bright and friendly. Bathrooms and beds were clean, but the lamp hadn't seen any dust for a long time. The food is rich, varied and very tasty. In conclusion: those who are not necessarily dependent on luxury are absolutely properly booked in this friendly accommodation. We will recommend the accommodation and surely come back.
