The hotel is more beautiful than the internet show. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, spacious, furniture and beds OK. Unfortunately, the bathroom drawer didn't work. WiFi is only available in the public area and that's rare. The swimming pool is okay, the water is salty. The map in the restaurant is clear, but it should be something for everyone to find. You're also very open to special requests, a plus point for that.

Better than the Internet

We arrived from Finland by car. Stayed the the night in the hotel: left the car in their spacious parking place (which they kindly had promised us to do) and continues by bicycles until we returned after eight days  to Östermann's for another night.

The hotel hotel and the rooms were nice and clean - very good sleeping quality. For the second night the view from the balcony to the river was also nice - and the room not too hot even if there had been several days with 30 degrees centigrade.

We enjoyed which was top the point and attentive.

We had a four course dinner both nights and it was of a good Mosel (better than average even if we tries to choose the best restaurants in the eight towns we spend a night in).

perfect for our purpose!

We spent three nights at this little hotel. Everything was completely straightforward, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast had left no wishes open. We highly recommended dinner, everything tasted very good. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. (But I'm not a fan of downed blankets and pillows because of the smell.) Nothing was wrong. For our taste, however, there could be more bedroom furniture in the swimming pool and the water could be a little warmer... To really feel comfortable in this area, one thing or another is missing. Everything is great and recommended.

Ideal starting point for exploring the surroundings

A family hotel with an extraordinarily warm reception, you almost feel like you're coming to a friend's house. The hotel is situated on the edge of Moselle, a beautiful region, lined with vineyards and close to beautiful nature. There is a large parking lot, spacious rooms and cleanliness without faults. The bathroom is the same. The swimming pool is large and the sauna comforts you and gives you a pleasant feeling of well-being. The breakfast is full and satisfying.

Top of the line.

We're not staying in this hotel, just eating and well... very smiling staff, listening and even without speaking the same language there's a way to understand each other...

What a surprise

Both the hotel and the restaurant are good, but not very good. The rooms are clean but without flair. The kitchen is delicious but without whistle. It sounds more negative than it is. We slept well and ate twice well. There's nothing else around. But the air is still upstairs. Rooms without Wi-Fi. If anything, the network is only at the reception. Classroom staff are totally friendly and hospitable. You're in the center of that as a guest.

Hotel and restaurant good

The hotel is located off a country road. The breakfast buffet was the best we've had in a long time. The room was reasonably priced from its facilities. The water in the swimming pool was pleasantly cool. The large outdoor pool area was a great place to stroll.

I've rarely been so pleased.

We were riding our bicycle to the Moselle, looking for a restaurant with fresh food for lunch, which obviously turned out to be difficult, and at 1:30 we went to Ostermann's and we got a delicious deer goose with everything in it.

Pass by with a surprise.

After a walk in the Lutz valley, we went back there, and the trousers were great, and the zander was great, and as Veggi, the vegetable noodles were fine, compared to what you normally get as a vegetarian.

That's a great fish.

On our route along the Moselle, we entered the Ostermann for lunch. Since there was little traffic, we could sit nicely outside overlooking the Moselle, the terrace is right on the main road. We had the freshly-made goulash with butter patties and salad. In short: from the meat to the sausage to the salad dressing, it was a mega delicious, absolute recommendation!
