Our apartment was very large and clean and well equipped. The breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables was very good. In the immediate vicinity you can do little, but you can get to Munich in 45 minutes by train and by car in an hour by the Chiemsee. To be a perfect solution for family vacations, there would have to be more animals. Mattresses were very hard.

Large and clean apartment, very good breakfast

The courtyard is very quiet as there is no passageway, the children can move relatively freely and you don't have to be afraid that something will happen. The holiday apartment we had was very nice and furnished with a lot of attention to detail, that parents and also the children's bedroom were very spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a walkable shower that also allows wheelchair users to use it. The kitchen with living area is also very beautifully furnished. There are enough dishes and also all the necessary utensils to cook, the food can then be easily removed and everything stored in the dishwasher. The honest street can also sit outdoors in nice weather. This means that my wife, my children and I have been very comfortable here. If we come back to the neighborhood, it will be a nice place and we will definitely feel comfortable again.

Very quiet location and very lovingly decorated holiday apartments

This place advertises itself as a working farm.  The owner's son checked us in and he speaks perfect English and is very friendly.  The apartment we had was spacious and clean.  However, we expected to spend some time on the farm watching the activities. There was no attempt by the owners to explain what they do. The cows are locked inside and do not roam freely.  There are three cats.  This is the extent of the animals on this farm.  We hoped our two children (ages 2 and 5) would get a taste of farm life.  If you just want an apartment far from the city and out in the country.  This is the place.  If you want the working farm experience, this is not the place for you.  We had to find other things to do in the area to keep our children entertained.  Disappointed is the best word to describe our experience.  It is just a small hotel in the country, not the working farm experience.

Disappointing

This was a quaint place to stay on our trip to Germany this past week. Compared to European standards, this place was up to par, but you should be prepared for a couple of differences if you are from the United States. 

1. There are cats everywhere. It is a farm community and the cats are not allowed in the hotel itself, but they are on the land. This was not a problem for us because I love cats and they did not disturb us in any way. In fact, it made it feel a bit more local to me that it was a true farm instead of something less authentic.

2. There is not a central air unit. While we were there, the weather was nearly perfect, but really warm. One night we tried to turn the air down, but it was not there. We opened two sets of windows in the apartment unit, and that was helpful. It cooled things down quite a bit, but be prepared for that. That is just the way it is in the community and in Europe in general, so this was something that can be expected in many different places. 

3. This is someone's home. It is a beautiful place to stay and if you are looking for somewhere to see what it is really like to live in Bavaria, this is a place to do it. They have a full kitchen, a functioning bathroom, and two bedrooms. I would recommend that not more than 4 adults stay in each apartment unit.

Quaint

You arrive and forget all the stress. The hotel is beautiful, with a view a little above villages. On the yard you feel immediately welcome and well taken care of. The family is especially nice and especially for children there is much to see here: cows, calves, cats, fish, playground, large machines and much more... The hotel itself is very clean and modern. We will definitely come back!👍🏼

This is a dream!

The holiday apartments are very modern and lovingly decorated. I was overwhelmed by the size of the holiday apartment. There is a modern kitchen with a stove and dishwasher. We met here with a friend from Munich... The bed for one night was no problem. The Faltermeier family is very nice. For the children there is a play tower, a swing, a sandbox and a large and small chain car. Otherwise a cowshed with calves and a lot of cats needing to rub. The yard itself is away from villages. You can walk there. Otherwise very good location to explore the water from Munich, Erding (Therme) and the city interior.

Lovely Decorated Holiday Apartments

There's a new hotel building on the farm here that can show off. Of course, this or that is country, which is part of it. But the rooms are all new and lovingly decorated, the bathrooms are the latest standard and have a deep shower. The breakfast buffet is served with heart - it would be more extensive in the 4-star hotel - but it's all there is to it and most of all the stuff comes from the yard.
