The menu can be seen, the kitchen likes it, the chef can easily do it, but the service is fine, and whether a small glass of duck liver debris costs 9.50 euros is up for debate.

The kitchen's nice, but...

The greetings from the kitchen, the sauces and everything that needed real cooking were excellent. Both the consistency of the soups and sauces as well as the spices and freshness. Unfortunately, you don't have the basics. The wine carton has passed through a lot of wines and is no longer in stock. The ribbon filet was perfectly fried to the point, but unfortunately it wasn't tender. So it was rather a quality defect of the meat and not well gone. The lady in charge of the service seemed annoyed and overwhelmed alone. With the excellent cook you could offer a much better experience!

Excellent in detail, basics and service, unfortunately not convincing.

I stayed overnight for a leisure holiday and I must say I felt very well and the room was really relaxing. I also had the coffee machine in the room.

Simple but functional room with beautiful views of gardens and castle, we speak a little French...Good welcome and very good breakfast buffet sweet-salted, very good quality/price ratio...We have not tested the restaurant... On the road to Gengenbach typical village...

We stayed one night in this hotel at the beginning of August, and we won't go back there! First of all, as far as the reception of the first day is concerned: we arrived at the hotel around 5:30 at the same time as the cook, who gave us the key to our room. The reception (the simple bar of the restaurant) was deserted, while the rooms were made available from 2pm! Thankfully the friendly and very well-spoken cook bar barely stayed there, except for the slightest trace of the owners! The cook then showed us our room, and there he offered us the room with a little surprise, not to change at all the room described by the hotel: a hotel was not really suitable to the hotel! However, after waiting for a very modern room, and even the bathroom had been cleaned, the hotel was not fully booked, but it did not look like the bathroom, but it was not in the bathroom, and the bathroom, and we did not have a lot to do with it!

Disappointed, it doesn't match the photos.

The owner understands and speaks a little Italian, has a good breakfast, is single, the triple room does not have a toilet in the room but in the hallway for exclusive use (in the room only shower and sink).
