We chose that place since it was close to a little lake and had nice Terrasse on our Sunday walk way! What we didn’t know, it was under new management. ( others had good experiences before under old management)
New menu, new servers....
The waitress did not have any information about the little menu ( choices were minimum) for kids nothing. For a simple question we got a rude answer and we have too many questions we were told. Salad dressing-she doesn’t know. 
Totally chaotic and not very efficient. The prices for the food were ridiculous. Cheap mango dressing out of the bottle, on every salad. 5 pieces garlic tiger prawns were promised, we got cheap frozen mini shrimp. People around us were out of drinks, were waving for attention to order. 

Please think about this, there are servers that actually went to school and did study for being a good server. These people cost some more money maybe, but they will keep your business in business. They sell better and increase sales. People will come back because the experience server wise was a good one! Then a good chef will help there too. And a dressing does not need to be bought, easy to make. 

I won’t be coming back, I think either you be friendly and serve good quality food or you won’t have a business for a long time. 


Not to recommend .....

I stayed at the Hotel Seeluna for a week and enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. Everything was in good repair. I was there for a wedding and other guests were similarly impressed. 
There are beautiful, relaxing pathways right outside the hotel.....you can walk for miles through the countryside and along the nearby lakes. 
The staff recommended a transfer service for transportation to and from the Munich airport. This worked well for me.

very lovely stay at Hotel Seeluna

Stayed here for business. Good location if you have to travel to the Munich fair. About 25 minutes by car and no trafficjam in the morning.
rooms are basic but clean and the people and very nice and helpfull.

best is the restaurant. In the evening, there are italian and they are great. Try to order without using the menu, let them prepare something for you. Amazing! Foodlovers!

good hotel, excellent restaurant!!

The room met all my needs and the breakfast was always generous and fresh. The setting is by a small lake and accessible to pleasant walks through woods and fields. I stayed over a period of months and enjoyed the atmosphere, food, service, and access to a very good Italian restaurant next door for evening meals.

Friendly and warm staff and excellent value in a beautiful setting.

We booked this hotel as a weekend Getaway to celebrate our 10 year anniversary in the town we once lived. After searching quite some while we thought this might be a nice spot near the lake.

Here are the disappointing points
- the advertised free parking actually consists of a total of 4 parking spots. The rest is metered
- though advertised the front desk is not closing at 8pm but 6pm. When we arrived shortly after 6 we just had to pickup the key at the front desk. No welcome or answers to questions we had
- the booked double room was maybe 16sqm with a tiny balcony. All windows were open when we entered so the room was very cold and heating not working.
- the street is hear able the whole night
- the bathroom is dated and if questionable cleaningness. We found several blood stains in the shower and the mirror had some dirt all over it
- WiFi is slow
- the bed was way too soft for our taste
- we didn't dare to have breakfast (16€ per person). We had breakfast Munich downtown for less money.

What we liked
- the bed is rather large for Germany
- Free water bottle provided however since the trash was not emptied from first to second day the empty bottle and used glasses remained on the desk during our complete stay
