The location is good, closed to Erding Therma (the reason why we were here), pharmacy, shops & places to eat. The center is less 2 km. 

We didn’t expect much, as this is “budget” hotel, though we expected cleaned room. We stayed in room 224 for 2 night. During our stayed we found spiders & at the ceiling some webs (luckily none of our family member us afraid of spiders).
At the corner, between the sink & shower, the floor was dirty (a combination of dried water & dirt), the floor in shower is “slippery” …. It needs to be cleaned (not with water, but with some cleaning product pls).

The reason for 3 stars & not less, is because good location … offset with the above comment of the cleanliness & because at night it can be quite noisy (from people in McD).

Good Location, but, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness.

Matthias will probably be the first person you encounter at Reception, and he's a total star! He's a warm and friendly guy and will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. He processed my arrival swiftly and answered all my questions perfectly. My room was clean and comfortable and very welcome after a stressful journey. The hotel provides a great unlimited breakfast which is highly recommended. All in all this is a fantastic hotel which offers great value for money and a very happy experience.

Great value hotel with wonderful friendly staff.

An excellent stay overall - the room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, good location in terms of proximity to Munich Airport and Erding town centre, cleanliness and Covid safety of a high standard and breakfast plentiful. Well done!

Very good stay overall. Comfortable room and efficient service.

This is a budget hotel with simple rooms but considering the price you get really good value for your money. The hotel is located in a commercial area so not much sightseeing here but if you just need an overnight stay near the airport, this a very good option. Check-in was really easy and the rooms had good wi-fi. The aircon worked well which was nice during the hot summer night.

Great budget hotel near the airport

The hotel is very clean and quite comfortable, offering the essentials without giving too much space to the superfluous. The location is excellent, a 20-minute walk from the spas and the centre of Erding. The bus to the airport is a short distance away. Breakfast does not offer a great variety, but the price is reasonable.

Good value for money

I was here to work for four nights. I just wanted a hot shower after work, but unfortunately the water was warm. After two nights I got another room, water even colder. I have back pain from the mattress and cleanliness leaves me wanting.

Not satisfied

We were in Erding over the weekend to visit the Erding Thermal Park. We decided to take this hotel extra. 2km away from the Thermal Park, free parking, WLan free on the room. Price performance absolutely TOP. Rooms are conveniently furnished but clean. If you book an IBIS budget then you didn't need to expect a 5 star hotel. Staff very kind and helpful with questions around Erding. Very quick check in and check out from the motorway and airport to reach quickly. We'll be back.

A convenient hotel that meets all expectations

The hotel is at a short distance to Munich airport. Although on a budget basis, it has all basics and it is very clean. Shops at a walking distance and from here one can go anywhere around Munich. Recommended. 

Excellent

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of an industrial area. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. The rooms are very small and largely clean. You look for a fountain in the room for nothing, there's probably a pawn shop at the reception, but it's only occupied for a few hours a day. So it's not clear if and how you can return it and get your pawn back. For the little hungry and thirsty there are a few vending machines in the entrance area or a McDonald's 20 meters to the airline.

Where appropriate

It's clean and everything you need, and the check-in and check-out went smoothly, and for two nights, it's perfectly adequate and very centrally located in the thermal ground, and the mattresses were a little too hard for me.
