No further recommendation for staying overnight in an out-of-date environment (narrow room, with old furniture, old bathroom, shower you had to hold in the hand as there was no suspension). Expressive recommendation of the hotel's own kitchen. Cozy beer garden. Parking spaces are available.

Little, very old, no more modern room, no elevator, very delicious breakfast

Starting with the excellent communication in the planning (thanks to Mrs. A.!) to the first-class care at the event (thanks to Fr. P. and Koll.!) and of course the really luxurious buffet design (thanks to the kitchen!!) - a successful evening! reasonably priced; the separately calculated (low-cost) guest break shell is unusual, but transparent (and is definitely easily included in the buffet price elsewhere).

You can stay well at the hotel, but before you travel, you should consider whether the location directly at the motorway junction could interfere with your night's sleep.

We came to Hubertus after the wedding and we were looking forward to a delicious lunch. We were six adults and five children. We wanted to take the offer from the buffet but as there wasn't enough choice for us, we decided to eat a la carte. The children ate from the buffet. The main hall came and everything looked very good. The duck was very delicious. Unfortunately, the rolls were cold. Three out of six meals. Also the bride's meal. There was no excuse.

Wedding Lunch

As a larger group of family and friends, we spent a weekend here and were very satisfied. From breakfast, through the restaurant to the comfortable and very clean rooms, we felt very comfortable. The good counselling before the celebration in the house hall with a delicious buffet, the friendly service until night and the family atmosphere have made our time at Hubertus Castle a special experience.

Friendly hotel, very well suited for family celebrations

This is an interesting hotel, but beware there is not lift and the rooms are on the third floor. It is located along a busy road, so you definitely want to ask for a room away from the road unless you like drifting off to the sound of traffic. Breakfast is basic, but includes fresh made eggs. The hotel is close to the subway, so it is easy to take public transportation downtown. No good location to place a second suitcase.  We ended up putting in the bathroom, which was quite large.

On our visiting evening, it was the first day of school, so we had a reduced menu, which we ordered fish & chips from. Unfortunately, all the food was made of finished products that had a big kitchen standard.

I've known the hotel and the inn since I was a kid, and we always felt comfortable here. What's been going on since the turn of the century?

Always worth a trip, especially for brunch.

We have visited this guesthouse just before Christmas. It was our first time in Erfurt area and we are pleased that we stayed here. A very welcoming team kindly understood our 'rusty' German. Small, but lovely rooms. Very good food on site as well. Easy to find, only a short drive away from the centre of Erfurt. We will be back, thank you!

Great place to stay when visiting Erfurt

This hotel provides charm and beautiful country decor with various mounted wild trophies adorning walls. Rooms are unique with typical comforters and hair dryers and towel warmers! There are no lifts so if steps are an issue beware! A lively breakfast us included with eggs made to order if desired
