Because the booking through our company portal didn't work, I came to this hotel via the HRS phone booking service. I was positively surprised by the hotel's facilities. I can recommend it. The staff is very friendly and friendly. These rooms are clean, but unfortunately in a 1990 stand.

Good alternative for a hotel chain

I mean the price-performance ratio for this offer is not too high. The service, the food offer at the quality and at the prices. It is not too high. This hotel is a secret tip in the flower town of Erfurt.

Visit to BUGA for 3 days with an arrangement (buga visiting cards with public use)

The hotel is located outside Erfurt and offers a relatively cheap alternative if there is nothing else to find in the city. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. Overall, I personally found the service a little disinterested and would recommend the hotel only as an alternative.

Pleasantly quiet 3 nights, clean large rooms, modern house with terrace in the courtyard, somewhat remote but within 6 km by car very easy and quick access to the city. Large restaurant with a small fine selection of delicious specialities. Very tasty and fresh breakfast with a good selection and very nice service at the buffet. Very friendly staff overall. Price and performance reasonable. I'm always happy to come back on occasion.

The price-performance ratio is ridiculous. The breakfast room is far too small and the breakfast buffet is very clear. Service is arrogant and very unfriendly. If you don't book this hotel again. There's better.

Unfriendly service

We had a study group meeting with 2 nights at the hotel and programme in Erfurt.

Nice class meeting.

Stylistically speaking, the rooms have aged, but the condition of preservation is good. The bath was pleasant and even had sufficient storage space. It is a simple hotel with no particular heights and depths, which is well suited for a few nights near Erfurt. The breakfast buffet was also neither remarkably good nor remarkably bad. The reception was very friendly.

For a short stay, OK.

The hotel is quietly located in a suburb of Erfurt. Unfortunately, the beds are quite hard and crunchy with every small movement. There were too few parking spaces, so you had to find a free place somewhere nearby. Breakfast was very clear. The most uncomfortable thing was the much too small breakfast room. The main thing, narrowly put, was that the guest does not feel comfortable eating. The amount of beds did not seem to have the same amount of seating. Permanently, more guests came for breakfast and had no room. The guest was animated partly with dishwasher rooms to make the space free.

Breakfast was a disaster.

The White Swan is quiet, but very convenient for traffic. It is easily accessible by car, and public transportation runs right in front of the door to Erfurt City. The rooms are clean and solidly equipped, the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant serves you with friendliness, food selection and quality are top. Prices are absolutely reasonable. The breakfast buffet is extensive and always freshly stocked, only the coffee still has potential for improvement.

Solid and price value

The reception is friendly and nice. The rooms and the hotel have come a little old but clean and tidy. The restaurant tastes good and the price performance fits here well. Again, the service is friendly, only at the speed you should work part long waiting times on drinks. Which is perhaps why one makes everything checkin reception and service.
