After a lot of searching on the net and reading reviews, I found a small overnight well. Everything went smoothly here, from mailing, answers and short phone calls. The wupp was already spoofed, the booking perfect. The rooms are very pleasant size and the bathroom attached, is modern and beautifully large. And the head of the house, celebrated a very successful breakfast. There was nothing missing and if, then it was delivered on request. Dear Marina, we felt comfortable at this short stay around. We are very happy to come back.

With much love and taste

We only spent one night in the villa, but we can warmly recommend the house. The villa is located in a residential area and is only a few minutes' walk from the city centre. Our room was very nicely furnished, the bathroom is very new and of high quality. You can park either on the street in front of the door, or in parking spaces that the owner has rented. The breakfast is very good.

It's small, but fine.

This guesthouse is great. Relatively quiet with garden use. Tasteful and modern rooms. Breakfast in a beautiful room and greatly decorated. Friendly landlord makes many things possible.

Very good equipment and with a lot of love

The title says it all! From the very first moment you feel very welcome, the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful and the room is decorated with lots of love and taste. Everything is lightly clean, you want to move in here.:-) The location of the accommodation is also excellent. Close to the Gera trench where you can walk and jog beautifully. In addition, you are in 10-15 minutes from the city center. 5*+

Absolutely favorite place

As a participant in the German senior athletics championships, my colleague and I spent the night with our families for years in the Villa am Park with the Hockmann family. We feel very comfortable here, all our wishes are met, there is nothing missing. And every year we experience something new. So now, for example, all the bathrooms have been refurbished. The rooms are large, individual and very nicely decorated. It takes 15 minutes to get to the cathedral, to the Steigerwald stadium by car about 10 minutes. Also, it is well within walking distance.

Villa by the park again and again

To our great joy, we were able to book for a short time. This was a real luck event and when we were there, we knew why. The villa is within walking distance from the tram, is located in an attractive area of Erfurt and looks very beautiful from the outside. House, garden, planting, everything visually very harmonious and tasteful. After a friendly reception, we went into the garden room. Here the owner managed to create the art piece between creating a comfortable atmosphere, loving furnishings and practical use. The kitchens with shower, oven, kitchen utensils and dishes, the bed with nights and the morning dishes were also painted in a beautifully clean room, where I had to look directly over the entire bathroom, as if I had a nice bathroom in the garden.

I spent another fantastic 8 nights in August/September at Villa am Park. Wonderful stay just as it was in 2015. I certainly wish I could have stayed longer. Marina is a lovely host and makes you feel right at home. The dining room downstairs is always stocked with beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.) and is where Marina serves breakfast each morning with a variety of selections. The dining room is also available for guests in the evenings. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and exceptionally clean. Parking on the street outside is available and the walk to the tram is only 2 minutes. Trams to the City Centre run frequently, however, if you prefer the exercise walk it is only 15 or 20 minutes. I look forward to my next stay and would not hesitate to recommend Villa am Park to anyone.

Absolutely The Best Place

During September 2015, I had the pleasure of spending 8 nights at this fantastic B&B. Wonderful location with tram a short 3-4 minute walk and City Centre close enough for a good, picturesque 20 minute walk. My room was extremely spacious and well decorated as was the entire home. I slept in the most comfortable bed I experienced during my two month stay in Europe. Great continental breakfast and the Wi-Fi really worked. Marina was an exceptional host and I apologize to her for taking so long to write my review. I am really looking forward to my return trip in 2017.

Going Back In 2017

Very nice room in a character house located a little quarter of an hour's walk from the historic center. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Excellent breakfast.
