A really great hotel!!! Not huge, but very good. Don't be fooled by the guest images here on Tripadvisor. Visit the website, these pictures show the condition! Directly at the cathedral, downtown Erfurt is very well reached, enough restaurants in the area.

A small but very fine hotel in the heart of Erfurt!!

First of all, I would like to evaluate the staff: TOP, from the reception to the staff at breakfast, just friendly and not trying. Bsp: Breakfast is actually only at 8:00. Since we're up early, we'd like to have breakfast at 06:30. So we agreed at 7:30. Thanks! Rooms: the beds and everything around it was perfectly fine. You see something was done and renovated. Dresden and Leipzig in hotel chains, we slept better here. Here and there staff dusted... But who does this at home and really doesn't bother either. / Performance: Hotel rooms for 120€ perfectly ok. Garage is ok, breakfast for 15€ too expensive. This was done in the same city, and we'd like to have a very nice break from the staff and we'd like to have a very nice break from the FRESCH team, and we'd like to welcome you back and thank you very much.

We were satisfied

For 2 wonderful nights we stayed with 3 adults in the apartment on the top floor (Auzug goes up to the last floor). The stay was absolutely fantastic and we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect to explore Erfurt and many shops, restaurants and bars are in close proximity. I found the Biolate a few houses further down an extra great bonus. We were able to park for a fair 10€ per night in the lower garage next door. The apartment is completely renovated and looks much nicer than in the photos. It was very spacious with a huge sofa. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you could not cook anything.

I was with a friend in Erfurt and we were spontaneously looking for a hotel for a night and it had worked super staffed and affordable rooms are also in top condition and clean central and you city 5 minutes walk and tramway right nearby

Beds spread out, curtains torn, a noisy atmosphere with (speech-friendly) service we don't expect for almost 100 inclusive (good) breakfast.

In spite of the good situation, is it still going?

Our group of seven people was very well accommodated in this hotel. The rooms were fine, although the single rooms were a little small, but that was no problem for people who needed their hotel only for sleeping and breakfast. The breakfast was first class, partly as a buffet and additionally with competent service.

An example of unfriendliness and lack of coolance! Even on arrival, you are told that you don't want to have breakfast - yet you are trying to charge yourself - not without obviously being routed, because the already written bill has to be corrected. If the card reader doesn't work when paying, then the guest was too stupid to enter his pin correctly. First of all, on the guest's notice that there is no WiFi, you are routed. You are then forced to pay in cash if you don't want to wait. First of all, the same game at the parking garage: Card reader doesn't work; so, of course, is the guest to blame!

I don't understand the ratings so far. Three stars for this hotel are not in proportion! I had a single room, not to mention it was like a cell. Finished with a closet that covered the window and a chair. No table. No table work possible. Washbasins also in the room. In the bathroom it smelled like an ashtray. Down there is a Chinese one and everything is pulled up by the drawer. I had a new room, otherwise I wouldn't have held it out. The second room was broken, but the staff window didn't close, so I only had to close with two decks and put it over. A giant old drawer close to the shower when you pulled out the window.

Absolutely overrated reviews!!

What more do you want - is everything there - even in an extremely small space, but clean and friendly service - totally centrally located - actually to recommend - mixed interior - new with old or vice versa

Price performance good 😊

On the plus side:  the hotel is centrally located near (but not exactly at) the Cathedral Square in Erfurt.  Parking is very close in an assigned spot in a subterranean lot.  Getting there and finding a parking space to get things started is a challenge, however.  The rooms are mediocre to spartan but certainly livable.  Breakfast good but no restaurant otherwise.  Restaurants, though, are very close.  The staff is very friendly.  All in all, you don't come to this historically charged city to stay on a hotel room, and this place passes the test with that in mind.
