We booked 3 nights over the Easter holidays. Rooms weren't finished yet, but we were able to take a seat on the sunny terrace in the meantime. Rooms were then perfect. The only terrace to highlight is the one you have all day sunshine and there are plenty of places available. Unfortunately, there's not enough room to eat in the restaurant in 2 stages. But outside there were heaters and 3 wine jars where you can sit too cold. The services were extremely helpful and super-healthy. Unfortunately, the food, including breakfast, was more than ready-to-eat.

Easter Days with Friends

When we (four adults and three children) wanted to eat coffee and cake on our visit on 13 October 2020 and asked after 20 minutes of waiting for the service, she appeared extremely annoyed at our wine bar and threw the card with the words House guests go forward on the table. UNVERSIMATE!!!

Guests are coming in???

We were seventh at 1:10 p.m. to visit spontaneously at 3:00 p.m. for a snack and a wine tasting. After we sat outside in an old wine jar and after about 15 minutes we still didn't get any tickets, we asked the restaurant if we could have these to order. Shortly afterwards, a waiter came out to us, threw the tickets on the table with the phrase: Guests come first to us. Then we immediately left the group, this restaurant. We often go out to eat together, but this triviality outweighs everything.

Service? Misrepresentation

Near Cochem, in a vineyard, the Sunshine House offers a lot to feel comfortable. The rooms are generous in space and facilities, clean and, due to the location in the second row, you will not get anything from the main traffic road that runs along the Moselle. A bus station and a shipbuilder are in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes walk). The extremely friendly and dedicated staff also gladly fulfills one or another special wish, especially at an already great and rich breakfast.

Short trip with friends

We arrived at about 2 p.m., we were assigned the rooms, because nothing was ready, the beds of the previous guests had not even been taken off, which was more than strange, first of all with all the frustration. After that, however, there were only positive things to report, very good food, great breakfast buffet, wine tasting was also brilliant.

A short trip after seriousness

We had the FeWo in two bedrooms. The apartment is very nice, clean and very spacious, the bathroom is large and has two laundry tables. The balcony overlooking the vineyards is also great. The breakfast I found was moderate, everything was there, but nothing special. We had a half-pension, but I'm sorry to say that dinner was off. The dishes had a lot of convenience products like bspw the sauces. As beautiful as the apartment and the location is here, I wouldn't book half-pension anymore!

Good FeWo, bad food, unfortunately.

I was celebrating my birthday in this boarding house/hotel. At that time there was the Walnut Festival in Serious, many visitors were collecting walnuts on the ground there. Our vacation was very nice until the sixth day. On that sixth day I moved outside the fenced boarding house in the front parking lot and picked up a walnut lying on the floor. The boarding house manager saw this, she yelled at me very hard that these were your walnuts lying on the ground. She also wouldn't go to my garden there and collect walnuts. This longer instruction I gave back the one walnut. For me, one week after the vacation ended very upset.

Small-scale chief

Room according to 3 star category also o.k. required, morning ordering of dinner categorically excludes any spontaneous desired supper in the evening. The advertised case buffet reaches the size of 2 person dessert. From 10 pm you are sent more or less rustically to the rooms. It would be on the front door after all. With all love, hospitality is different.

Youth hostels

This hotel is shown as a three-star, but it is not the same classification system as in France, you should not expect a palace!! It is, after all, a very decent hotel: the rooms are large and new, the bed is good, the place is a little off the road. A few small black dots: the pressure of the shower is a little low, the double glazing is not efficient (there was a factory not far away and the Germans start working early...), the balcony we share with the next room, the maid's carriage in front of the door (not a lot of rattling on the nose when you have to take the breakfast...) The small breakfast buffet and the restaurant is very limited in quality, the restaurant is very convenient, and the restaurant is of a very good quality.

Breakfast unlovely sausage and cheese stacked, unfriendly place instruction at breakfast. It was very bad THE ZIMMER!! thin noisy doorway to snorkel, laugh, coughing couple in the living room.. we were probably in the locked children's room. There were no fire alarms, bathroom had been wiped out weeks ago, hanging mattresses, unloving furnishings in the bedroom where you couldn't get an eye on the neighbors and the polters in the hallway.. we had the motorcycle room destroyed, although it was the most expensive night of our trip. For 100 euros you could have expected more, we could get somewhere else.  Other optical impressions nice white because of a nice white print.
