Everything fits perfectly together, an innovative brewery with excellent beer, a fine country kitchen with top-notch products and a great kitchen team, a thoughtful friendly service and not least a brand new hotel in a monumental rebuilt building.

It's a great combination.

The restaurant is located in a picturesque  landscape. The food is very good and the staff very polite. They speak English or at least they understand. We had a trout, pork medallions with mushrooms and deer burger (influenced by French cuisine). The beer of the restaurant's brewery was excellent! If you want to discover a hidden non touristic restaurant typical of the Bavarian landscape, this is the place to go!

Restaurant by the river and under the rocks

We had one of our best meals while visiting Bavaria. Our friend had stayed in the hotel before. It has a nice beer garden and top notch beer. I believe our waitress was Juliane who was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and super helpful. I have included photo's of our meals which were outstanding.

Fantastic Food & Service!

We (4 couples) had booked a beer weekend with walks at the Hotel Schneider in May and we were more than excited to leave. The hotel has everything you need. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and very tastefully furnished. The staff at the service is very kind, attentive at all times and special requests are happy to be met. The quality of the food and breakfast is excellent. You feel that you are in a family business and feel welcome and well-off from the beginning. A special thanks to the junior head of the injured participant has taken us to our monastery Weltenburg.

Just a perfect weekend.

We stayed in the brewery hotel. Very large rooms, very clean and everything newly furbished. A really nice hotel. Fun to be able to see the brewery equipment. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and tried the beer from the brewery, a pleasant experience.

Excellent

We've spent two nights in this small village, which itself is very small, about 1000 inhabitants, but it's close to where you are in the E hotel overlooking the Danube. The Schneider family, who here own several hotel facilities and even a brewery, have taken very good care of all the details, both of the restaurant and the hotel. You'll really notice the care they've put in choosing the materials and making everything extremely pleasant. Breakfast is very good, we recommend you make it outside looking at the Danube, ask it and go outside. They don't speak English in the structure, I tend to turn it around to the youngest people who know it. Very good the restaurant of the hotel.

That's great!

We've had the current manager of private breweries in the car for several years and have already come to really nice houses - again this time! Gasthof Schneider has a sparkling new brewery hotel with elevator, nice rooms and fancy bathrooms. The location of the associated restaurant / beer garden right by the water is more than idyllic, food and drinks grounded and well prepared, very nice and casual service. The breakfast buffet the next morning left no wishes open and we felt very comfortable.

Beautiful, new hotel

Four full days in a beautiful atmosphere, a great starting point for cycling and hiking, a nice atmosphere in the beer garden with fine beers - right by the old mill. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was super... friendly and refreshing staff, warm reception, good food!

The hotel is very nice in the heart of Essing and makes a solid impression. There were plenty of parking spaces. The reception was very friendly in the restaurant, so there was no separate reception, the hotel is across the street. The friendly lady at the reception then showed me my room, which is how the whole house is quite fresh and beautifully renovated. The room was large and clean. At night it was absolutely quiet, the room was very well darkened with curtains. The breakfast was manageable from the choice, but it was all you need, and for 7 euros it was absolutely fine. Absolutely recommendation if you have something to do nearby.

Very nice stay in a newly renovated house

We enjoyed our bike tour in this accommodation. Rooms and bathrooms were very tastefully decorated. There was nothing to be put off by the cleanliness. The service staff were very friendly and friendly. The regional food offer in the guest area was rich and tasty. An optimal accommodation with good breakfast and dinner.
