Am Feldberg - Die Pension

Location - top. LIDL, railway, bus station 5 minutes walk. For tourists, free of charge from OPNV to Freiburg with accommodation card. There are many hiking trails nearby. 15 minutes by car or bus to the Feldberg ski resort. 10 minutes by S-Bahn to Titisee. Sauna available. Staff super friendly and helpful. The large apartment in the attic is very well and lovingly furnished. Everything recently renovated. Parking space available. Great views. Breakfast is minimal but good quality and sufficient. The floor between the second floor and the attic is soundproof and conversations can be heard in normal volume. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

It's a great time.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, starting with the meeting and ending with the trip. A friendly host who met us as dear guests. Everything showed and told. A remarkable apartment on the top floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 showers, salon, kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary, a balcony overlooking a beautiful landscape. Everything new, clean and convenient. Except for one - the polished roofs that give a special charm to the house, but at the same time hurt in the head if you forget about this polish. Breakfast norm on the first floor. Just a paved sauna. Finding time to visit. Not far from a large supermarket. 5 minutes drive away - We recommend all around the city.

It's like home.

We were greeted with a friendly reception, which we thought should be standard. We had booked the titiseuit. Suite is redefined here in this guesthouse! It consists of two smaller rooms connected together. In the bedroom the shower is integrated. You could certainly see the titisee if you cut a few tons of wood! For breakfast, you can note that a good coffee machine would be a sure good purchase. We were charged only 4 euros per breakfast for the room price. It is not, but we shouldn't have spent much more! Our expectations were not met in any way. Even the location of the guesthouse wasn't the one we wanted. It was, however, that the guesthouse is located in a very busy airline about 200m. It is obvious that dogs want to smell a lot too!

Retirement over the years

We were warmly welcomed by the guesthouse and enjoyed a nice stay in the guesthouse. The rooms are all modernly renovated and very clean. The breakfast with regional products is also completely sufficient and rich. When asked about excursions or routes, we were always helped. Furthermore, the location of the guesthouse is very central, between Titisee, Schluchsee and Feldberg, which are easily accessible by train/bus. It is about 5 minutes walk to the bus station. We thank you for the nice stay.

Very nice boarding house.

We spent a week here, and we felt very comfortable overall. Feldberg-Bärental is already very conveniently located at the intersection in many directions. The boarding house is located above this intersection with a great view towards Titian. We had chosen a suite. This was just like the breakfast room, modern in design, in friendly colors. We had some adjustment problems with the 80s beds, because we have a much wider range at home, but then slept well overall. The breakfast is good. Every day we change cheese and sausages. If you want to get a cooked egg, unfortunately it's usually very hard. There are many delicious eggs from the region. Unfortunately, the only place we can get to are the Titian Islands, as well as the miniature breads. These are the only places we can use to get to the east coast. We can also get to a good flight in this direction, including a number of buses and buses.

A good place for a short holiday in the Black Forest

3 unforgettable days in Bärental at 1000 m. altitude. Despite a late booking our stay was perfect in every way. Comfortable and very clean suite. Full lunch, very fresh products. Very attentive and helpful patron. She allowed us to visit all the most beautiful corners of this wonderful area. In addition to the good weather and locals with little care for visitors.

Formidable

... if you are looking for a comfortable and clean boarding house with a good price ratio. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide selection of everything you need. The boarding house operators are very friendly and helpful. Parking lots are right in front of the house. The taxi, as is usual in the Black Forest, contains the public transport. The Bärental train station and bus stops are easily accessible on foot. The boarding house is ideal for hiking trips. Our room was modern, comfortable and clean. Even if the prices for a boarding house seem expensive at first glance, this is realised when you consider the alternatives. The price ratio is really passive.

No wishes left open...

This place is very clean the host was very helpful and accommodating.  We stayed in a double down stairs and the only thing i would mention is a little bit of noise from upstairs but other than that it is a very nice place.  Close to lake Titsee with lots of beautiful views and hiking.  I would recommend this stay.

Breakfast view

We were looking to get away from the city for a couple days and this is just what the doctor ordered. Quiet, clean and comfortable! Our room was spacious with a double bed and sitting area. All modern, but still tips the hat to what you want in a German guesthouse. The owners are super sweet and put their hearts into what they do. Highlight was breakfast on the terrace with the morning sun on our faces before heading back to town. We will be back!

Exactly what we wanted for a Couple Days Rest

Large rooms, very clean. We stayed in a room with a separate sitting area and bedroom. 

Pleasant owners and a good breakfast. No restaurant but other restaurants are nearby. 

Very good value for money. Would visit again.
