What was good

The Superior room wasn't spacious, well furnished and very clean. The bathroom was also quite spacious. Hotel staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very decent with lots of choices. The location is very convenient for public transport. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

What was bad

The room was a bit dark for our taste. We were given a room for people with limited mobilities. When asked, the check-in staff claimed that the Superior room would be a lot smaller unlike the descriptions on their web site. The same staff also refused to give us free city transport passes because we did not book directly with the hotel. However, another staff member was more than happy to provide us with the passes.
