I traveled to Germany for work and stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of acquaintances, very successful, very welcoming, of typical Bavarian architecture. The customer service is excellent and the staff very attentive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with their individual bathroom and prepared for the low temperatures of winter.

Everything is a success.

We like to go back and forth to this house we've known since the '90s. The guest house has well-thought-out rooms with solid furnishings. The kitchen is excellent. The prices are moderate and acceptable. The owners are very kind and helpful.

Family-run boarding house with very good cuisine

We came in, outside snowfall, inside the heaters to zero ice! The room wasn't cleaned properly. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, there were several water stains, light bars and wooden blankets. When we complained about the spider webs, but they're the last guests in the room, so it wasn't taken so carefully. So it was left out. It wasn't removed the next few days either. Then you should at least consider a price. Towels are inferior and stony. Light in the bathroom castrope. Early buffet is very selective but only in the 'Wurst' section, almost no toiletries. Sauna? This is a far more convenient place to look. If you see the top of the bathroom, you can't see the bathroom and the top of the bathroom.

Relatively friendly reception. It also depends on the mentality of the people in the Bavarian forest. Pension & rooms are clean and have a balcony with a wonderful view. The bathroom is already very small and narrow. At least one of the few accommodations with many towels, so 1 towel for washing hands and 2 for showering. Nice little pension

We traveled as a family at the end of May 2021 and felt very comfortable in the modern rooms. The dinner rounded off the beautiful day and tasted very good. The service and ambiance at the restaurant were really great! Thank you to the Kapfhammer family and the team! We are happy to come back.

Nice apartment and the best restaurant!

We went out for dinner three times during our vacation. Three times we were in the forest crystal, I think that says it all. 😊 It was super delicious, the staff is very friendly, everything is clean and super cozy. The perfect mix of modern and raw.

The Forest Crystal Pension is a nice, family-run guesthouse. We had one of the newly renovated rooms decorated nicely and with attention to detail. The room was clean, breakfast was sufficient. Dinner was always very tasty. The team went on extra requests and fulfilled them quickly.

A great short vacation.

The beds are a compliment, breakfast and other food are absolutely nothing to do. Even the coffee for breakfast was heated. You can't get anything to drink outside the mealtime. Kindness is just another thing. It seems like only eternal long-term guests who haven't done anything else. We advise everyone to let the great area get messed up by such a place of lodging!

The hotel and the rooms are clean, the guests are friendly, and the breakfast is good and sufficient. On the balcony or terrace (on the west side) you have a beautiful view of the Great Arbor Mountains. From the hotel you can take some walks. The night was very quiet and relaxing.
