Thanks to the professional support of the team and the management of this restaurant and the hotel, it was a particularly successful celebration. In times of Corona with difficult conditions, everything was provided to us with hospitality. The team is very attentive, friendly and hospitable, special wishes were welcomed. Coffee and dinners were very well organised and very tasty. The breakfast was great, with a very nice breakfast tea, it was a very nice closing of the celebration for family and friends. We would be happy to hold parties again in this relaxed atmosphere or simply go out on weekends.

It's spontaneous and expensive, but it's a good, but expensive cake, and it's already in the top league, but we can't complain about the unfriendly service.

Quick stop

We stayed here one night on our Unstrut bike tour to visit guests. The room and food were very good. The view from the terrace was excellent. We had the operator on arrival probably under stress or on the wrong foot. But it got better later. Breakfast was enough, everything important was available. The pillows are not very good, as in every hotel, and the balance under the sink is better left. It didn't look very nice anymore. For bicycles, there is a garage in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel in good condition

I can only rate the restaurant! We were there for two days. On the first day there was an excellent service that didn't read any wishes open. On the second day: well, it was already an extreme difference. We were probably spoiled from the first day! But, on both days, the food was absolutely top quality!

Different service!

The hotel is just 10 minutes from the centre of the castle, and the staff is very friendly and hospitable, the rooms are very cozy, the food (we had dinner and breakfast) was very good, and the hotel also offers the opportunity to taste wine. We will be back!

Great location and nice people.

The food was very delicious, but it was saddened by the owner, who made you feel unwanted. He was outspokenly unfriendly and pampered. On the simplest questions, he responded harshly and almost aggressively. I was the first to come in and look for a seat in the empty room when he came in seriously and shaking his head. It was all gone for me and I would have liked to have left again. If he wanted to show people, he had to be there too and he can't hurt you in the aftermath. A co...break!

Rarely Unfriendly Service

We stayed at this hotel during a bike tour. The hotel has a closed bicycle garage, but also a parking lot right in front of the house. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food and the regional wine in the restaurant were very tasty. The waiter was a bit of a habitual, we haven't sat down properly, because we were already annoyed to be told that we would like to hurry up with the order because the kitchen is closing right away (Sunday at 8pm). At 10pm we were also not given any more wine because he wanted to celebrate, but we were still sold a bottle to drink on the wine. Well... The breakfast was very obvious, but then the room was good enough for us. But then the hotel was good enough for an overnight.

Good Location and Good Food

Very good price-performance ratio, very friendly staff and good civic cuisine. The rooms are friendly and well equipped according to the defined standard. The location of the rooms on the side of the street is unfavorable. I would like to recommend it further.

The Hotel Am Weinberg is a very nice and small hotel with a restaurant. I was there in a single room that was clean and well furnished. The dining in the restaurant is definitely recommended and the staff is very accommodating. For me it was a wonderful break from the work week.

Comfortable little hotel

For the guests of the hotel, the panoramic room with direct views of the vineyard and the Neuenburg Castle is served. The rooms are rustically equipped with wooden beds, cupboards and a desk. We would have liked a few more pillows on the bed. Breakfast was okay and was given from 8.30 a.m. The parking space right in front of the hotel was free. The location of the hotel was ideal for our purposes of simply exploring Freyburg on foot.
