Dining at the hotel restaurant with family. A mixed experience: a lot of expectation and a low price ratio. A shame because the room team was moving but a lot of disorganization. The dishes are good but not quite worth the asking price.

The hotel and the room facilities, including breakfast, are good. Only the arrogant hostess, who received us very unfriendly, is unbearable. We had reserved a table on the terrace for tonight, which unfortunately was not available at the time. On our request, the hostess told us instead of apologizing that we would like to eat somewhere else. The hotel and restaurant would be recommended - but not with these hosts.

Absolutely shameless hosts

Our complaint last night for two medium-sized beef steaks ordered at a price of €28, which were completely fried, was rejected by the chef. Even the entire staff was embarrassed to bring the apparently unfortunately wrongly fried steaks back to the table. It seems that we are only passing guests or one-off guests and it is completely indifferent to serve the quality ordered to guests.

This is unacceptable.

A well-maintained country inn, which we have visited several times. Nice country-style guest rooms. Very comfortable and homey. It feels really good here, but there is no air conditioning. (You don't need air conditioning here either!) It's about half an hour's drive from here to Europe Park. There are parking spaces in the yard, but they're scarce after 7:00. The breakfast buffet is excellent and rich. Another tip: ordering rooms to the yard is quieter than on the street side.

Super hostel

On the way here stopped between! warmly received! surprisingly stylish modern cheerful ambience - bright and friendly! Very well eaten!!!!!! great and friendly service - big wine ticket! DZ STANDARD to the street, small, clean, TV water & chocolate cookies🙂 cozy and comfortable!! The dog was also very welcome and could/ is even in the gas chamber!

Good hotel, clean and comfortable room despite a small discount on twin beds and couchettes a person instead of the advertised double bed.

We had a amazing night at the Hotel Ochsen on the 18 October 2019 .
The owners are very friendly and very hard working.
The Hotel was very clean and very traditional , bright and warm.
Breakfast was superb with many different products from this area.
Our room was 109 it was a room to the back of the hotel, bright and quiet, the bathroom had under floor heating which was fantastic.
We definitely go again.

Had a amazing night

We chose this place for our Easter weekend. A family room for 6 very large people with the same large bathroom, living room, cooking corner and terrace. A modest buffet breakfast, maybe we Italians would like more types of brioches. We had dinner one night at the restaurant, quality and quantity beyond expectations. Clean structure, friendly staff. Just 30 minutes from Europa Park. Highly recommended.

Nice building.

It's a very simple hotel, but well managed. It's as clean and essential as any other part of the building.

Resting quietly

We spent a night here on the road by bicycle. The room was not big, but it was quite enough for our needs. Breakfast also offered a wide choice. We were satisfied.:-)
