Hotel was nice and modern and in a central location. Staff were friendly on check in and explained to us how to reach the castles on the map and even drew us directions. 

Rooms were clean and as advertised with plenty of living space outside the bedroom.

Modern

We stayed here for two nights on a road trip across southern Germany - room 13 on the second floor - two bedrooms and a bathroom separated by a sort of hallway with a sofa and TV, though I couldn’t get the TV to work. No cooking facilities - we ate at a nearby Italian restaurant. 

Positives - really central, ie, off the main pedestrianised street. Beds were ok, it was clean. 

Negatives - no parking on site, however there’s an underground car park (P5) five minutes walk away and we were given a ticket when we checked out, which paid for our parking. Don’t follow your sat nav or Google Maps to get here - it will direct you down the pedestrianised streets. Lack of lift to the second floor would be inconvenient if you were travelling with heavy suitcases. A good place to base yourself for a couple of nights.

Good place for a couple of nights

The apartments are different sizes.  The one we stayed in was quite small.  But the beds were comfortable and everything worked in the kitchen.  Good value  -  but I wouldn't want to stay more than two nights.

Good,  but for a short stay

The rooms are relatively large, well furnished and clean. There is no elevator, so you need drag your giant suitcase up the stairs, which was not an issue for us but maybe for others. Location is fantastic, close to restaurants and cafes. Parking was a little tricky - we knew we needed to park in the Parking structure number 5, then it you let the hotel know and you pay discounted rate to the hotel front desk. Service is great, the check in was pleasant and we were able to store out luggage after the check out the following day while we went to visit the castles.

Pleasant stay

People will never imagine how good this hotel is, even taking into account the pictures.
It is well located, has a very good interior and is brand new!... a charming and comfort option to new this evolving city.
If you have the chance, consider that as one of the best.

Surprisingly good in a town full of charming (Füssen)

For a family of 4, the apartment was just the right size. Our apartment had a small bathroom however with separate rooms. The location is great near to the shopping and restaurant and parking near by.

Central Location

This is the third floor of the building. It is very large and has a living room (sofa bed and extra bed), with a large kitchen and bathroom. Each window in the apartment provides a picturesque scene of the City.  The location is an easy walk to Old Town Fussen and there is free parking. There is a nice grocery right around the corner which makes it easy to buy food to prepare at the apartment. The host was nice with maps and suggestions on attractions.

Great stay

We are family of four staying at Quadruple room,   2 double beds fit for 4,  shower stand & toilet are large enough.
Our room is located in the opposite block cross the small road.  Small family hotel, clean and comfortable beds.
breakfast is good, giantic croissant is fresh and delicious.  open air Car park entrance is a bit weird, one side with gate need card access, but the other side is actually open to the road entrance.

We stayed in room 11, which was awesome,  with a large balcony overlooking the street with a view of the mountains - even our bathroom had a balcony! The room was perfect! Service was great! Breakfast was just ok.
