The cottage is located 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Fusssen. A 5 minute walk from the house is a lake, along which it is pleasant to stroll in the evenings (even near the lake mosquitoes sometimes attack). Around such beautiful houses, and on the mountain horizon, if you look closely, you can also find Neuschwanstein. We had a room for two with our own bathroom and a large corner balcony. On the balcony of the chair, the table - everything is as it should be:) There are also towels and soap available.

Good breakfast, very nice operator. It was a very nice day at Mrs. Rösel's. The breakfast was very good, there was everything you needed to start the day. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Located downtown, very familiar.

Modern and clean rooms with gorgeous Alpine views. A small breakfast buffet, but everything available including juice and coffee, cappuccino, etc. as much as you want. 12 minutes to the center.

I'm glad to be back

What's not working is the video surveillance in the breakfast room, the countdown of the little baked buns for breakfast, then the bread that's been on the table several times and the rest of the breakfast wasn't right.

Never again, not recommended at all.

We have been here before and returned for that very reason.  The price is very reasonable and the rooms are spacious.  We rented two rooms for 4 adults and we were very comfortable.  Very close to downtown with easy access to the castles.  You will want to drive to the castles if possible since they are a few kilometers away but it is definitely doable on foot as well from this location.  Frau Rösel and her daughter run this house now and they are very friendly.  We would return here many times whenever we come to Füssen!

We did have to wire our 50% deposit to hold the rooms which we did without any problems.  We held the rooms with a 4 month advance notice.  I only say this in case you run into and are concerned.  They are very trust worthy.

the hosts were really good with supplying maps and suggestions. We took their advice on drives and were not disappointed. Room was nice with a balcony. There was a 10 minute walk to centre of town and a little less than that to the lake. Highly recommend the place

Welcoming, clean, convenient

We were here for a week and we felt very well. The location is perfect because we really only had 10 minutes to walk into the city. For any kind of savings trip, this is really the beginning. Even in bad weather, there is a lot to visit. Breakfast was alternating and more than enough for our hunger. Tip: Sundays with cake. The room itself is very spacious and we have all our stuff well lodged. The room was equipped with DU/WC, Föhn. Here you really had a great B on the mountains. In the room there was a seating facility: 1 table and 2 stalls. The rooms were cleaned and cleaned every day. So we had no problems with bicycles, because we could only get rid of the cost, so we also had to pay for the car, and we had to get rid of all the smoke in the room for the last day. We were able to get rid of all the smoke in the house for a long time. We were able to get rid of all the smoke in the car, and the parking was very nice.

Great location and great accommodation

The house itself has 4 double rooms, all equipped with its own bathroom/WC/shower and located directly in the main house of the landlord (quiet from 10pm onwards!). The hostess was nice and at the agreed time of arrival at home. Although the rooms are quite small, they offer comfortable beds and access to the balcony. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were impeccable. The breakfast, which is served in the community room in the morning, was fine, although we would have liked a little more choice.
