The food is super delicious and a good mix of old-fashioned and new creations. The host is so friendly that the whole picture becomes perfect. You're sitting comfortably, and there's cards for the kids. The toilets are very clean.

Great food, friendly host

Ideal starting point for hiking on the commuter road! Very good food! Very nice host/ very nice staff! Helpful with hiking and organizing questions! Location in the middle of the village! Absolutely recommended!

We're back again😄The host and his team are just fine👍just like the delicious beer and a hopper's pan to that 😊 Also the people from Geising are friendly and helpful 😊The place with its wonderful surroundings is just worth a trip.

That was the hammer.

Last weekend, from Friday to Sunday, we had our family meeting with 17 people there and were more than super satisfied. The host is sensational, the services are more than friendly and the food was fantastic  whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms were large, everything clean and equipped with everything you need. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The homemade liquors are also highly recommended. We will be back!!!

We 'll be back

We had dinner here 17 years ago, and I still remember the knob. We weren't disappointed. Sensational with very delicious homemade sauce. But the farmer's breakfast was also very good. Anyone nearby should definitely come in here. And after the knob is a pit fire (54% herbal drink) a must. Very nice host.

The button tip is unreachable

Not the biggest hotel, but the hearts of the staff are "enormous". I have had better hotel room in other hotels, but I have never felt at welcome as I did at the Ratskeller Geising. The owner greeted us with a handshake and a big honest smile. If you are in the area pay them a visit, even if it's only for a nice meal in the restaurant.

Staff, place and food are excellent

The hotel is centrally located in Geising and is a good starting point for tours of the surrounding area. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Friendly staff. Good and lavish breakfast. The kitchen in the evening is rustic and lavish and tasty.

Good value for money

We were in Trier, walking and wanted to eat. We found a restaurant Ratskeller, where the menu included Russian and Ukrainian dishes. Of course, I was happy to try something I hadn't eaten for many years. We went down to the basement, a beautifully decorated room, clean, cozy, spacious... But I thought: there are Russian dishes on the menu, someone must speak Russian. I was told that the owner is Ukrainian. All the rest of the local dishes. Cooking, obviously, too. I chose a saucepan and a saucepan.

Visiting the restaurant

In the restaurant, the waiters are dressed in national clothes and before the meal starts, they will show you a little presentation: they gossip or tell you about the ritual of the meal. Instead of the tools, they serve the forged heavy knives and spoon. There is no fork. The portions are very large. In order for the waiter to serve another beer, you have to throw his empty cup on the table. In general, it's tasty, fast and cheap. Four people with beer sat for 60 euros.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
The owner was super-friendly and helpful and served me breakfast, even thought it was after breakfast time.
Their small restaurant is amazing and I will definitely be back!
