Thank you very much to the Kaiser family, thank you again from my motorcycle friends for Vintage Bikes AMCA(Antique Motorcycle Club of America) they were in their house members from 6 nations and I got a great compliment from everyone regarding the beautiful location, rooms, eating very large garages for the precious old motorcycles and the friendly service.

Room clean and recently renovated. Service friendly and casual. The bathroom needs to be renovated. No shower storage. Old, unsightly and worn towels. No desk in the room and therefore no place to work. No drinking water in bottles in the room. Breakfast with too much plastic and little choice. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. On the parking lot in front of the house, a steam train comes and goes behind the house. The hall is very loud and bright. Not particularly quiet and relaxing.

That's how it goes.

Food top - rooms flop Not very friendly reception. No control Covid certificate. Rooms noisy with kitchen air. Lack of cleanliness. Bath towels old and frenzied. Price absolutely not justified! The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good. Fantastic. Beautifully arranged and tasty.

Eating top room flop

We had reserved a room at that hotel for one night on the way back from Italy, some weeks before our trip. Unfortunately we had forgotten that we had booked through Booking.com and paid.  When we checked out, they charged us the room and we paid again. We should have been suspicious because they tried to charge the clients who checked out before us, but these people argued since they had also paid through Booking.com.   The irony is that we noticed that the hotel had forgotten to include our dinner and we mentioned it (yes, we are honest).  Arriving home, we realized that we had paid twice and wrote to the hotel. No news. We wrote to them again and still heard nothing.  Based on the service at the reception, it is unlikely that they can take a call in English so we have not tried that avenue yet.

We were charged twice

Very good location, very friendly reception and service, the food was excellent, we were happy all around and we'll be back safely. For mobile homes, it's a very nice place with cleanliness, a small oasis in Hammelburg. There are many options for walking, for example, to the nearby Earth satellites.

Well-built gas chamber with cozy burning fireplace, very good food, nicely arranged and very tasty.

It's a great restaurant.

I've been here several times. The hotel is close to the A7 on the outskirts of Hammelburg. I've always had a room on the street. (At the end of a dead end) Behind the hotel there's a railway line from which you can't get anywhere from the rooms to the street. The rooms in the old building aren't very big but for one night it's OK. They're also quite new and modern furnished. The only downside, I think it's very bright in the hotel. Breakfast is OK.

Used for transit

We had a small apartment that was perfectly in order. (Although there were small flaws, towel holders were defective, door links always fell off). Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was great and surprised us. But what was really exceptionally good was the dinner. Boah, really delicious, different, fresh! Absolutely recommended! Definitely test the food!!!

Training week in the Spessart with dog

On the way south we made a stopover at the Kaiser Hotel. We had a top room with two balconies - really generous. In the hotel's own longhouse we enjoyed delicious local cuisine. The breakfast was also great. On the way south, the Kaiser Hotel can be well steered.

It's a nice hotel.

The rooms with bathroom and balcony were not very large, but very stylish and newly furnished and very clean. There was plenty of room to clearly unpack the seven things we brought. The dressing room (new and solid wood) has enough shelf floors (which I think is important) and smelled fine like wood. I also liked the BoxSpringBed. Breakfast was very rich and good. However, we missed a lift very much, although our heavy suitcase was carried by the young man to the second floor at the reception.
