A good way to have a short stop.
Classic motel with good size room.
Good furniture. Sitting arangement well fit for dinner for two if you go out and get food.
Lawn outside door.
Good parking.
Ok with dog.
Affordable!


Very convenient and easy.

It is a little far from the town, but close to a few big shops. There is no personal at the checkin, but we recived a long e-mail with information. The room was clean and ok, but the environment is not nice. No wiew, only at the window to other guests. The staff was not very serviceminded, and one night was enough.

One night was enough

We were travelling as a family en-route to Norway.  I have stayed here previously and had no hesitation returning.  The rooms are basic, but clean, tidy and have every facility you need for a short stay and are in a good location for access to Flensburg, supermarkets and the area.  The booking process on-line and the interaction with the manager/staff has been first class.  We arrived after reception had closed and left before it opened but there is a seamless process for this.  I would recommend this for anyone.

Accommodation en route

The motel was basically a row of rooms in the middle of an industrial estate.  We arrived late afternoon to find a note on the reception door with names and the number of our room.  The key was in the door of the room. There were no staff around. We were able to park right outside the room.  Once inside, we found the décor to be in good condition with everything we needed.  The bed was comfortable, it had a table and chairs, linen and a table with two chairs.  A television was on the wall and pictures to brighten the walls.  It had a laminate floor and was spacious.  The bathroom was clean but we didn't use the shower - we were there for only one night and weren't sure if it would flood although was probably a walk in shower.  We weren't able to book breakfast and therefore went to the nearby McDonalds as recommended.  We did meet the owner in the morning and our room was pre-booked and paid for.  He was very friendly and was anxious that we had a good stay.  Curiously, although it was unpretentious and simple, it was quiet and peaceful with a grassy surround and we had a good night's sleep.

Simple but comfortable

Honestly, nothing to brag about really. We've stayed at nicer places for cheaper prices. But it does the job. If you're travelling though and need a place to crash, this is convenient. The owner was nace and helpful.
