We stayed here on a trip to the Alps via the Black Forest. We’d made a booking the same morning as our afternoon arrival via Hotels.com, and this resulted in a slight issue / mismatch between a confirmed room via the booking App and the hotel not actually having three rooms available. After the initial surprise / confusion (lasting just a few seconds), the owner / manager swiftly sorted us out with a three room appartment within the hotel which was just perfect. Hats off to them for such a speedy resolution to the issue. The evening meal on the terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens was delightful, and the accompanying wines were a great match. The hotel enjoys a quiet setting, and has private parking. I’d happily recommend this hotel and would welcome the opportunity of staying again.
