I arrived earlier and they told me that my room was ready so i checked in. After a while and although i had the sign “do not disturb” on the door one woman entered my room, withouth knocking saying that was the cleaning lady and came to clean. I told her that i had checked in before so the room was supposed that it was ready and asked her to leave. She was very rude, she told me something speaking at German although she was able to speak English and then she left. The room was no soundproof at all and it was on the road side and since it was next to bus station you couldn’t relax at all because of the traffic. After a couple of hours while i was taking a shower another cleaning lady came into my room and i was really scared to walk at of the bathroom to see who it was. I asked her to leave my room and she said that i could have my shower and that she will clean! I told her that i had checked in that day, that another cleaning lady came before and that the room is supposed to be cleaned before the check in! Then i went to the reception to report what had happened and to ask them to check the heating because although i had turned it on for 3-4 hours the room was really cold. Unfortunately there was no one at the reseption desk since they were there only during check-in/out times. I returned to my room, i locked the door and i also located my suitcase behind the door to make sure that if someone was going to enter again i would have time to go to the door. Hopefully early next morning i was checking out but i returned home very sick since i had stayed a whole day in a cold room.
